Checks should be carried out during the Week beginning 10th November and not before. This is when student records will be up to date.

Check down to Module level.

Span should be 12 weeks, i.e. Only changes since the last data check will show.

◦ This means that if a department reported the withdrawal of a student in the last 12 weeks, and everything else is the same. The department would only need to confirm that this student has withdrawn.
