Popcorn Pick: ‘The Birds’The poster for this 1963 thriller

Along withHitchcock’s flair for suspense, movie historians note the specialeffects that used real and animatedbirds, plus a sinister soundtracknot made of music, butbird sounds.

Crows vs. RavensIs that black bird flying

overhead a crow or a raven? The two can look similar, buthere’s how to spot the difference:A raven is larger and has a heavierbill than a crow. Crows havefan-shaped tail feathers; ravenssport a wedge-shaped tail. Ravensoften travel in pairs, but crowsin groups. One of the mostdistinguishing traits is the birds’calls. Crows make a high-pitchedcawing sound, while ravensproduce a low croak.

‘Easy’ Is OneHow many words can you
