WelcomeWelcome to our October - March walks programme. Our walks are ideal for people who want to improve their general health and wellbeing, and are great for people of all ages to take up walking in a safe and sociable atmosphere.

- All walks are dog friendly unless stated- All walks are adult only unless stated- All walks are free of charge- There is no need to book, just simply turn up- If you have any special requirements, please contact our walks co-ordinator tracy.morris@ihlmail.org

Weekly WalksJoin us at our weekly walks, meeting at a range of venues across the borough. Walks are suitable for those looking to get active and enjoy the great outdoors.

There will be no weekly walks from Friday 21st December 2018 to Tuesday 1st January 2019. Walks will resume on Wednesday 2nd January 2019.

Weekly West WalksWeekly walks taking place every Tuesday and Thursday on the west side of the Borough. Our walks meet at a different venue each week, providing a variety of walks on your doorstep.

All walks are 11am-12 noon, unless otherwise stated.

Walking FootballIf you thought your footballing days were over…then think again! Walking Football is a slower paced version of ‘the beautiful game’ which has encouraged thousands of men and women up and down the country to rediscover the joys of playing football again.

Walking NetballWalking Netball is a slower version of the game;it is netball, but at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it regardless of age or fitness level.
