October 2019 Vacation Care Program
• Operating Hours: OSHC operates between the hours of 7.30am and 6.15pm. Children who
are not picked up after 6.15pm may incur late fees.
• Fees: $51.50 per day, per child. This is our full fee without Government Assistance.
Bookings: Bookings must be made via https://nailsworthprimaryoshc.hubworks.com.au/
Any outstanding fees are to be paid in full, plus a deposit of $5 per day per child. New
families must complete an online enrolment, please go to
https://nailsworthprimaryoshc.hubworks.com.au/ and select enrol.
• What to Bring: Please ensure that you send a RED OSHC hat, drink bottle, recess and lunch
for your child/ren.
• Food: Please refer to the program for when extra food or lunch is provided. When
meals/snacks are provided we ensure we meet the needs of all children.
• Allergies: We have children enrolled in our service that have allergies to nuts, please make
sure that you do NOT send your child/ren with products that contain nuts.
• Ratios:

• Cancellations: You must give 2 business days’ notice, failure to do so will result in full fees
being charged.
• Medication: Please communicate if your child has developed a medical condition or any
changes concerning your child’s medication. If your child requires medication please make
sure you have completed an up to date care plan. Please see staff to discuss further.
• Clothing: Please send your child/ren in sun smart clothing and a RED hat, suitable for the
weather conditions. OSHC does NOT provide spare hats for children.
• Electronics: Children may bring their own electronics on allocated days, but do so at their
own risk. OSHC will not take responsibility for any broken or lost devices. Times will be
allocated when children can use their device, if caught using outside these times the device
will be confiscated. Please ensure that your child/ren are playing age appropriate games.
Electronic devices are not to be charged at school.
• Excursions:
Please do not send spending money for lunch or snacks
Excursions are subject to weather conditions. We will provide you with as much notice as
possible if an excursion is to change.
