The Faculty Development Programme is being organised by Ramanujan College
and Indian Accounting Association, NCR Chapter considering the need of
researchers and academicians to gain knowledge about GST. GST is an indirect tax
introduced on 1st July 2017 and applicable throughout India which replaced multiple
cascading taxes levied by the Central and State Governments. It is a comprehensive,
multi-stage, destination based tax that will be levied on every value addition. The aim
of the FDP is to enhance knowledge of the participants on the upcoming changes in
indirect tax structure with the introduction of GST.

• Research Scholars actively pursuing research in the field of Accounting and
Finance.

PARTICIPATION FEES
The FDP is being conducted on non-residential basis. The fee for research
scholars/faculty belonging to University of Delhi or a member of Indian
Accounting Association (NCR Chapter) is Rs. 500/- and for others, it is Rs. 700/-
Which include Course kit, Lunch, Tea and Snacks. Participation fee should be
paid by a Cheque/DD/PO drawn in favour of “Principal, Ramanujan College”
payable at Delhi. It can also be paid in cash.
REGISTRATION
Only limited seats up to 40 are available. Registration shall be made on “first come,
first serve” basis. The registration form duly filled in along with participation fee in
cash can be deposited with Mr. Ram Prasad Jana, Dealing Assistant, Ramanujan
College (9899509433) or by cheque latest by 15th OCTOBER 2017 to:

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
The participants will be issued a “Certificate of Participation” on the conclusion of
program.
Please Note: Participants are requested to carry their own laptop.
