Beloved wife of Mahlon Horst whom she married in 1984. Loving mother of Sheila (Adrian) DeVries. Special grandma of Madison, Emily, Jaydon, Jaxon, Payton and Kailey. Dear daughter of Ethel (Machan) Walker and sister of Ron Walker (Lorraine Fraser) and Chuck Walker (Krista). Fondly remembered by Salome Habegger, Ada Horst, Samuel and Susan Horst, William and Ingrid Horst, Henry and Julia Horst, Ivan and Ruth Ann Horst, Nelson and Shirley Horst, John and Martha Horst, Clayton and Erma Horst and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her step-father Howard Allan, brothers-in-law and sisters–in-law Edward Habegger, Allan and Emma Horst, Joseph Horst, Reuben and Kathleen Horst, and Eva Horst. Relatives and friends were invited to share their memories at Milverton Christian Fellowship, 6619 Perth Road 131, Milverton, on Wednesday October 2 from 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday October 3 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Bev’s life was held at Milverton Christian Fellowship on Friday October 4, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Chris Beaumont officiating. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Milverton. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to St. Paul’s United Church or Mennonite Central Committee would be appreciated by the family. Milverton Blood Donor Clinic, September 10 2019
Thank you to all donors who came out to support the Milverton Blood Donor Clinic on September 10. Our numbers were encouraging with 116 donors attending and 105 blood units received. What was also encouraging were the 12 new first time Donors who attended.
Thanks as well to the Laverne Kuepfer Congregation for providing volunteers and snacks for clinic Donors.
Contributing to this success was the Perth East Fire Department who partnered with Canadian Blood Services in hosting this clinic, and promoting the clinic in Honour of Krista Leigh Sheill. They hope to raise awareness of the ongoing need for blood supplies in Stratford, Perth County and beyond, by reminding us of Sheill’s experience: Shiell was rushed to Stratford General Hospital by first responders in 2006 with severe internal injuries after an unoccupied vehicle rolled and pinned her against a garage. She required immediate surgery and an immediate 13 units of blood.
She was rushed to London health Sciences with a 5 percent chance of survival. But after a total of 48 units of blood and 26 days in the hospital, she eventually recovered.
“Without the blood, I would have died… I got everything back,” said Shiell, an attendee at a clinic in Milverton in the past, thanking donors for their gift, and encouraging eligible blood donors to step forward and give the gift that saved her life.
The message had some immediate response from one of the first time donors, who made it known that he had happened upon the scene when Sheill was injured, and wanted to commend first responders for their prompt response, their efficiency and dedication in saving her life, and for the fact that there were blood supplies available when urgently required. He felt the need to support this process, first by commending first responders, secondly by being a donor, and then by making a donation to the Milverton Lions Club for providing ongoing volunteer co-ordination for the local clinics.
The next clinic in Milverton is on December 10, 2019, at PERC from 5pm to 9 pm. Please mark this date, invite a new donor to come with you, and lets continue to work together to give the gift of life!

Ammonia Control 250 Main Benefits:
Aids in the reduction of odours and harmful gases, making a safer and more pleasant environment for workers and livestock.
Speeds composting of solid manure and reduces solids in liquid manure
Can be used for all types of livestock, pigs, cattle, poultry, sheep, goats and horses
Aids in removing and preventing crusts for easier manure management
Increases available nutrients in manure allowing them to be more readily available to crops when land spreading, thus decreasing fertilizer costs
100% all natural, therefore environmentally friendly and safe to handle
In side by side barn tests, decreased Phosphorus concentrations by over 1%
The Truth About Ammonia Elevated concentrations of harmful gases, such as ammonia, are associated with several production factors including: reduction in average daily gain, increased number of days to market, as well as higher mortality rates and medication costs. Ammonia can reduce performance and increases the
incidence of disease The typical range of ammonia in hog barns is 5– 50ppm with
numbers often in excess of the 25ppm recommended threshold level
Concentrations at the level of 50ppm ammonia can cause significant reduction in average daily gain
The concentration of ammonia can be as much as 60% higher at the animal breathing zone than at the human breathing zone
AMMONIA CONTROL 250 has shown air born ammonia reductions of 54% on average in side y side barn trials
What is it? Our line up is comprised of 100% all—natural environmentally
friendly products used to treat and control solid build ups, offensive odours, nutrient contamination, and microbial and nutrient imbalances.
Naturally occurring, microbial stimulants and liquefied carbons—substances that have been in existence for centuries—comprise the base for each of the products in the line. They were selected their natural abilities to break down pollutants and improve water and soil quality.
Our products work to restore a natural balance of microbial life, activating the natural biodigestion system to eliminate the cause as well as the symptoms.
