Vendor’s Rules and Other Information• Swap Meet Directory: To be listed in the directory, payment MUST be received by 08/01/2020.• Duplication: Due to space restrictions, we will be accepting applications with the thought of limiting item duplication and
retaining the automotive related flavor of Cruisin’ The Coast®. Refused applications and money will be returned.• Electricity: Power is limited and provided by the Coliseum with engineering assistance on Tuesday and Wednesday (set-up day)
and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.• Spaces: Your space will be marked upon arrival.• Set-Up: Vendors are allowed to set up from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday. Set-up during the meet (Thursday,
Friday & Saturday) will be prior to 8 a.m. and after 5 p.m. NO moving vehicles will be allowed in the vending area during the day. We request all vendors vacate their outdoor spaces by noon Sunday, and indoor spaces by midnight Saturday.
• Operation Hours: Official hours for the Automotive Swap Meet are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.• Parts Pick-Up: Parts pick-up by the public will ONLY be allowed inside the Swap Meet after 5 p.m. each day.• Night Security: The Swap Meet grounds will be secured at 6 p.m. and will be opened at 8 a.m.• Generators: To prevent noise during the late night sleeping hours, absolutely no motor traffic will be allowed in the Swap Meet
area from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. GENERATORS WILL BE MUFFLED.• Items NOT Permitted: No sale or exhibition of firearms or weapons. No food or beverages will be sold except by authorized
concessionaires. No open fires. NO PETS allowed on Coliseum Property. No pets allowed inside the Convention Center.• Sales Taxes: Vendors are required to pay 7% Mississippi State Sales Tax at the end of the CTC Swap Meet. Forms will be provided and are to be turned in prior to departing the Coliseum and must include your 7% sales tax payment. Cruisin’ The Coast, Inc., is mandated by the State of Mississippi to collect and remit sales tax on all sales made during this event, even if you are already registered with the Mississippi Department of Revenue.• Items Left: Any items left on Saturday night or Sunday morning when you depart will be disposed of. We do not have any means of storing items that are left.• Swap Meet Director: Cruisin’ The Coast® Swap Meet and the Coliseum
Management reserves the right to remove any vendor or products deemed inappropriate. The Management’s actions and decisions are final.
Vendor Information“Cruisin’ The Coast®,” its corporation and its logo have been registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Any use of the Cruisin’ The Coast® registered logo is prohibited without the express written consent of Cruisin’ The Coast, Inc.® Violations will be met with immediate legal action.
Any merchandise sold at the Swap Meet which contains the words CRUISE, CRUISING, CRUISIN’, CRUIZIN’ or other similar variations, or which contains other wording, designs, or maps which may be confusingly similar to CRUISIN’ THE COAST, the CTC logo, or the CTC event, must be submitted to the CRUISIN’ THE COAST office for review and approval on or before Sept. 1, 2020, no exceptions. The sale of any merchandise which is not reviewed and approved in advance is subject to confiscation and the vendor shall be subject to removal from the Swap Meet.
FYI: Due to the cost associated with renting this public facility, there will be a $10 per daycharge per person over 12 years of age to enter the Coliseum grounds. As part of thevendor registration, you will receive two non-transferable credentials for free admissioninto the Coliseum grounds. Each Cruisin’ The Coast® Auto Registrant will receive two freeone-day passes to the Coliseum grounds. Each registrant will receive a Swap MeetDirectory in their registration packet. All events subject to change.
