OVERVIEW OF OD INTERVENTIONS

• OD Interventions are set of Structured activities in which
organizational units engage in a task or sequence of task
with the goals of organizational improvement and individual
development.
OD Interventions
• Practitioners have created an array of interventions to help
organization members address specific problems effectively.
• OD Practitioner brings 4 set of attributes to the organisational setting:

• Set of goals for pratitioner & organization & its members
