    1 Introduction

    SAP Content Repository Configuration:Different SAP protocols are used for specifying values for the dynamic constants

    used in the accounts payable process. These SAP protocols are:

    OAA3Displays the list of protocols for the general SAP ArchiveLink

    interface to a content server.

    OAC0Displays the types of content repositories.

    OAC2Displays the types of document types and classes.

    OAC3Displays the types of SAP objects.

    2 Steps for configuration:

    2.1 SAP ArchiveLink ProtocolsTo display the list of protocols for the general SAP ArchiveLink interface to a

    content server:

    1. Login in to SAP.

    2. In the SAP application main screen, in the text box on the top-left corner,

    type the SAP protocol, OAA3, as shown.

    To create Protocol in SAP go to T-code OAA3

    and click on Create icon. A new window will appear and fill all required

    fields as shown in screen:-

    Click the Save ( ) icon to save this configuration. After saving entryZALMARAI will be displayed in protocol list as shown in following screen.

    Now Double Click on ZALMARAI. Following screen will appear .

    Now Double click on Application maintenance button. Following screen will

    appear :-

    You can use either existing application or create new application by clicking on

    Create icon. Here we are using CSARCHIVE.

    2.2 Creating SAP Content RepositoryTo create a SAP content repository:

    1. In the SAP application main screen, in the text box on the top-left corner,

    type the SAP protocol, OAC0.

    2. Click the icon.

    3. Click the Display/change icon.

    4. Click the Create icon. The following screen appears.

    5. Click Full administration. The screen appears as shown.

    6. Enter the following details in the respective fields:

    Content Rep( Name of the content repository) : ZA

    Description: Content Repository for Almarai.

    Document Area: ArchiveLink Protocol: ZALMARAI

    Version no: 0045

    HTTP server: IP address of the machine where

    OmniDocs is running.

    Port Number: HTTP port of the OmniDocs server

    HTTP Script: wfsapcontentrep/sap/sapDocView.jsp

    Archive Path :- where sap will download files.

    7. Click the Save icon.

    1.1 Creating SAP Document Type

    To create a SAP document type :

    1. In the SAP application main screen, in the text box on the top-left corner,

    type the SAP protocol, OAC2.

    2. Click the icon.

    3. Click . The following screen appears.

    4. Specify the details according to the following example: Document Type: ZODINV

    Description: Incoming Invoice Image (OD)

    DocumentClass: TIF

    Status: Select the check box

    5. Click the Save ( icon.

    1.2 Creating SAP Object

    To create a SAP object:

    1. In the SAP application main screen, in the text box on the top-left corner,

    type the SAP protocol, OAC3.

    2. Click the icon.

    3. Click the icon.

    4. Click . The following screen appears.

    5. Specify the details according to the following example:

    ObjectType: BUS2012, this is the business object for purchase

    order. Doc. Type: ZPOPDF

    ContRep.ID: ZA

    Link: TOA01

    6. Click the Save icon.

    2.3 Assigning Authorizations to UsersYou need to provide the following authorization to the user:

    Object: S_RFC

    RFC_NAME = OPTB, SYST, RFC1, SDIFRUNTIME, BAPT

    RFC_TYPE = Function Group

    ACTVT = Execute

    3 Configuring Omni SAP Content

    Repository

    To configure the SAP Content repository, follow these steps:

    1. In the Address bar of the Web browser, type the URL in the followingformat:

    http://:/wfsapcontentrep/sap/ngsapcontserverhome.jsp

    For example,

    http://192.168.6.160:8080/wfsapcontentrep/sap/ngsapcontserverhome.jsp

    The following screen appears.

    2. Press the below button.

    3. Give the Content Repository name ZA as Defined in SAP-Tcode OAC0.

    And assign the Access Mode and Logging Info as Shown in Figure 3.3.

    ** Don't tick the Secure Mode. It is further explained in advance Section 3.1.

    4. Enter the DMS information details as below.

    Select the Server Type Prod as indicated in the below Figure 4.4

    Filled the below Mandatory fields:

    Application Server Type: JBoss.

    Application Server IP: IP address of OD Server. Eg: 192.168.6.160

    Application Server PORT: Port of OD Server. Eg: 1099

    JTS Port: JTS Port. Eg: 3333

    Press Get Cabinet List Button

    to fetch Cabinet name, Volume and Site Name for the Details mentioned below.

    DMS Cabinet: Name of the cabinet.

    DMS Volume: Name of the Volume.

    DMS Site: Name of the Site.

    DMS Type: OmniDocs.

    DMS UserName: DMS user name.

    DMS Password: Password.

    DMS Folder Path: Folder Path where document will be archived.Eg: Almarai/Procurement

    DataClass Name: Name of the DataClass.Eg: WFSAP.

    DataClass FieldName: SAPDocID (as defined in WFSAP Data Class)

    ThreshHold: 100.

    Click SAVE button.

    5. Enter PSE File Information on below screen :

    PSE File Name: Name of the PSE file which will be created when SAP

    Content Repository certificate will will be approved. Eg: MySecuFile.

    PSE File Password: Password of PSE File. PSE File Path: Path where PSE file will be created at the time of

    approval of SAP Content repository certificate.

    Click SAVE button.

    6. Go to SAP Tcode OAC0 and open ZA content repository.

    Test Connection

    following message should appear :

    Status information

    3.1 Section : Advance Setting if Secure Mode is Y.

    Go to SAP Tcode OAC0 and open ZA content repository.

    Send Certificate

    following message should appear :

    After sending Certificate from SAP , you can check the certificate as shown in

    below figure for any defined repository.

    To approve the SAP Certificate sent, click on approve as shown below :

    4 OD-SAP Connector Utility

    4.1 IntroductionThe OD-SAP Connector utility is a linking system, which provides the capability

    of linking OmniDocs documents with SAP business objects. It has a generalized

    configurable integration process to support linking with any SAP business object

    belonging to any SAP business process.

    The OD-SAP Connector utility provides three modes:

    Archive Link ServiceThis option links the OmniDocs documents

    with SAP business objects. If the LinkWithSap field of the selected

    data class is N, the documents are linked.

    Update ServiceThis option updates the data of the data class fields. If

    the UpdateSapData field of the selected data class is N, the data class

    fields are updated.

    Barcode Link ServiceThis option links the OmniDocs Barcode

    documents with SAP business objects. If the LinkBcWithSap field of

    the selected data class is N, the documents are linked.

    4.2 Configuring OD-SAP Connector Utility

    Please note the following points before you start the configuration process:

    OD-SAP Connector can be configured for only one cabinet.

    The OD-SAP Connector Admin needs to be restarted if wrong IP and

    Port are entered while providing application server information.

    To configure the OD-SAP Connector utility to create a service for linking OD

    documents with SAP business objects, perform the following steps:

    1. On the desktop, double-click the NGImageEnablement icon.

    The OD-SAP Connector Admin screen appears, as shown.

    2. In the Omnidocs Server Information section, provide the following

    details:a. In the OmniDocs Server text box, enter the IP address of the

    OmniDocs server.

    b. In the text box adjacent to the OmniDocs Server text box, enter

    the port number.

    c. Click Connect. The Cabinet drop-down list is populated with

    the list of registered cabinets.

    d. From the Cabinet drop-down list, select a cabinet.

    e. In the User Name text box, enter the name of the OmniDocs

    user.

    f. In the Password text box, enter the password.

    g. In the Sleep Time text box, enter the time (in seconds) after

    which the utility restarts.

    3. In the SAP Server Information section, provide the following details:

    a. In the SAP Server IP text box, enter the IP address of the SAP

    server.

    b. In the text box adjacent to the SAP Server IP text box, enter the

    port number.

    c. In the SAP Client ID text box, enter the ID of the SAP client.

    d. In the User Name text box, enter the name of the SAP user.

    e. In the Password text box, enter the password of the SAP user.

    f. In the Language text box, enter the language as EN for English.

    g. In JCO Version drop down select 2.1h. In JCO Pool Size, enter 10. ( Min. 5 - Max 10 )

    After entering the required information, the OD-SAP Connector Admin screen

    appears, as shown.

    In Service Configuration:

    Business process mapping defines a mapping between the SAP Business

    Process information and the OmniDocs Indexing information. You can either

    change or remove an already configured business process mapping (service)

    or configure a new one. To create a new business process mapping, performthe following steps:

    For Archive Link :

    5. Give details as describe below and shown in the figure below :

    6. In the Service Name text box, enter the name that you want to specify

    for the mapping Eg: ArchiveLink.

    7. In Service Type Select ArchiveLinkfrom drop down list.

    8. For the Dataclass Name drop-down list, select the data class created in

    the selected OmniDocs cabinet.

    9. In the SAPRepository text box, enter the SAP content repository (ZA),

    that is, the content repository name signifying OmniDocs in SAP

    Archive Link configuration.

    10. In SAP DocID Field select the data class field that you want to use for

    specifying the SAPDocID.

    11. Click on the button as indicated in the Figure above to add Field

    Mappings.

    12. In the Field Mapping screen, define the mapping between the data class

    fields and the SAP business objects by performing the following steps:

    a. In the Business Object text box, enter the SAP business object

    code, BUS2012, as shown.

    b. From the Mapping Fields drop-down list, select a data class

    field, PONumber, as shown

    c. Click Add. The selected data class field appears in the Mapped

    Field text box.

    d. In the Document Type text box, enter the SAP document type

    (ZPOPDF), which is the SAP Document Type created in SAP

    Archive Link.

    e. Click Submit. The defined mapping is added in the table below,as shown.

    f. Repeat Steps 'a' through 'd' to define more mappings.

    g. If you want to remove a mapping, select the corresponding row

    in the table below and clickRemove.

    h. Click OK. The business process mapping is added in the OD-

    SAP Connector Admin screen, as shown.

    13. Click on the CONFIRMbutton as indicated in the Figure above.

    ArchiveLink Service will be added as shown in below figure :

    Then ClickSave to save the mapping information. The following message box

    appears.

    For UpdateData Service:

    14. ClickNew.(First button)

    15. Give details as describe below and shown in the figure below :

    16. In the Service Name text box, enter the name that you want to specify

    for the mapping Eg: ArchiveLink.

    17. In Service Type Select ArchiveLinkfrom drop down list.18. For the Dataclass Name drop-down list, select the data class created in

    the selected OmniDocs cabinet.

    19. In the SAPRepository text box, enter the SAP content repository (ZA),

    that is, the content repository name signifying OmniDocs in SAP

    Archive Link configuration.

    20. In SAP DocID Field select the data class field that you want to use for

    specifying the SAPDocID.

    21. Click on the CONFIRMbutton as indicated in the Figure below.

    22. Then Click Save to save the mapping information. The following

    message box appears.

    23. If you want to remove a mapping, select the corresponding row in the

    table below and clickRemove. And then click SAVE button as shown in

    below figure.Note: Service should be stop before removing any Service.

    24. If you want to edit any mapping, select the corresponding row in the

    table below and click EDIT. And then click SAVE button as shown in below

    figure. Note: Service should be stop before you edit any Service.

    25. To Start any service. Select the service you want to start and Click onSTART as shown in below figure.

    26. To Stop any service. Select the service you want to start and Click on

    STOP button as shown in below figure.

    Once Service is started you can open it from System Tray as shown below.

    A business process mapping service that has been configured can be started or

    stopped from System Tray as w according to the following steps:

    1. Click Start and select Run.

    2. In the Run dialog box, type services.msc and click

    OK. The Services window appears displaying the list of all the available

    services.

    3. Right-click the service that you want to run and select

    Start from the shortcut menu.

    Every time a change is made in an existing service, it needs to be restarted from

    services.msc.
