The radial feeder will feeding the radial component to the pick and place machine, then nozzle pick up the component and insert it to the PCB, completed mount component finally.

Components come in multiple Spans - Span is the distance between leads. - Dimension “F” seen ->

- Other Lead spans are out there:15mm, 2.0mm, 3.5mm, 6.5mm, etc.

- Most typical lead spans are2.5mm – LEDs, small Capacitors5.0mm – Medium Capacitors, 7.5mm – Large Capacitors, MOVs, PTCs10.0mm – Box Capacitors, High Voltage Capacitors.
