Odor Buster is a natural feed addi- tive for odor reduction. It is a special formulation designed to improve live- stock and poultry performance and to reduce ammonia and hydrogen sulfide odor in animal waste pits. The active ingredients are saponins which are sapogenin glycosides derived mainly from yucca plant extracts. Saponins have been approved by the US FDA as a food adjunct. Odor Buster Performs Ammonia concentrations were greatly reduced in studies conducted in swine operations in different areas. Odor Buster restricts or prevents the urine- enzyme reactions and thereby reduces ammonia production in poul- try liter and the manure pit.
