als Vertriebspartner der spanischen Gesellschaft, der Multi Immo Invest, S.L. (seit 1997) stelle ich

Ihnen hier in einem Kurzexposé meine Verkaufsempfehlung eines „Andalusischen Casa´s“ (=Haus)

zum Top-Verkaufspreis von aktuell 249´000 € vor.

Das „Casa“ war noch in 2014 von erfahrenen Immobilienmaklern auf 390´000 Euro taxiert worden.

Das „Casa“ im andalusischen Stil war in 1998 erstellt worden und befindet sich seitdem

hypothekenfrei in Besitz der Spanischen S.L.

Die beiden Gesellschafteranteile zu je 50% befinden sich in den „Händen“ eines deutschen 75-

jährigen Mannes als Geschäftsführer der S.L. und seiner deutschen Ehefrau, 67-Jährig.

Die Ehefrau möchte sobald wie möglich aus schwerwiegenden Krankheitsgründen wieder in ihre

deutsche Heimat zurück.
