Participants are required to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Cancellation Policy: We understand that from time to time there are circumstances beyond our control which result in the need to change a booking or that may require a

complete refund. We will do our best to fill your place for you with another participant and if that is possible we will be happy to refund any monies paid less a $10 admin fee. If we are unable to find a replacement participant, we are sorry but no refund will not be possible.
