Sealed quotations affixing Court Fees Stamp (C.F.S). ofRs. 8.25 only (Non-refundable) are hereby invited from the local registeredstationery suppliers/ traders/ firms for supply of computer/Xerox/Faxequipments (List enclosed) to the office of the undersigned for the financialyear 2018-2019.

The envelope containing the quotation must be quotedas "Quotation for supply of computer/ Xerox/ Fax Equipments,, in btockletters and the intending suppliers/traders/firms are asked to submit theirquotations to the office of the undersigned within 15(Fifteen) days duringthe office hours from the date of publication of this communication. Fordetails, please visit http:// lakhimpurjudiciary.gov.in/

Quality, Rate and immediate Supply etc. shall be thecriteria of acceptance of quotations.

Terms and Conditions :

a) The quotation must be accompanied with copies of valid RegistrationCertificate, Trade License and GST Registration certificate of the firm .

b) The selected firm would be required to submit original copies of all theaforesaid documents for scrutiny as and when directed.

c) Rates should be quoted with GST and without GST separately.d) Only standard quality articles will be supplied and supply rnust be effected

immediately on placement of supply order.e) Rates quoted shall be valid'for a period of One year from the date of awarding

the contract.

0 The undersigned reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time in caseof violation of terms and conditions of supply.

g) Quotations submitted after the stipulated time will summarily be rejected.

No further communication shall be made in this regardexcept with the selecting supplier/ trader/ firm.

Inform all concerned accordingly.
