Write down everything you ate today and circle with a red pen all the things with sugar,

preservatives or products with more than 10 ingredients. Then circle all the vegetables

and fruits in blue. For the next five days write down what you are eating and how much,

and try to decrease the number of red circles and increase the number of blue.

Wellness Package

Natasha will look at your unique situation to make a wholesome and healthy personalized

program. It will attend to whatever your objective may be –achieve better digestion, improve

overall wellness, lose weight, support bodybuilding, or learn more about better food choices.

We will work together to find a balance of information and approaches that work best for you

to achieve immediate results and long term strategies for maintenance. The program will be

as gentle as you need it to be allowing flexibility to phase in new food and eating habits over

time, or more rapidly getting you up to speed.

A la Carte

Individual sessions are available for purchase for those who need a detailed outline and set of

guidelines to get started, but would like to choose how frequently they will meet with

Natasha.

Individual: $75/hour – Couples: $145

$100 One Time Setup Fee per Person

Initial session minimum 2 hour meeting

Package

One to two months of consecutive sessions have proven to produce maximum results so it is

recommended you meet with Natasha every one to two weeks over a 2 month period. The

package includes 5 one hour sessions. Also included is email support in between meetings,

updates to meal plans, grocery lists, notes and goals.

Individual: $350 – Couples: $675

Whether you need a simple jump start or need to continue to stay on track with a wholesome

eating plan, L. Little Food Coaching offers several customized services to keep you up to date.

All supporting services may be done individually or in a group setting (Two person minimum

for group sessions).

Recipe Consultation

Three hour session to set up meal plans, work with your grocery list, kitchen setup, budget,

personal and household tastes, all with the goal of empowering you to create healthy and

wholesome meals. Includes travel to your home.

Individual $200

Group $150/person

Grocery Shopping

Learn to shop for wholesome ingredients and plan a weeks worth of meals – all on a budget!

Two hour session. Includes travel to your favorite grocery store.

Individual $130

Group $100/person

Dining Out

Two hour session with the purpose of educating on the best way to pick menu items to suit

your health and budget. Includes travel to the dining destination of your choice (Cost of meal

not included).

Natasha regularly gives free community chats regarding food quality and eating healthfully.

Check our Events page for the next community chat near you. Natasha also offers company

inservice workshops. A range of topics can be covered from healthy eating on a busy

schedule, meal and snack planning, setting up healthy company food options and practices.

Includes on site presentation, handouts, one-on-one interaction and personalization according

For all services:

Before your initial appointment, you will need to fill out the new client questionnaire. Please

click on the link below to download the form. Once completed, and saved, email it back to

Natasha. The form was created as an interactive document that you may fill in by typing.

For the Essential Wellness Package Service:

To get a baseline understanding of where your eating habits are today, a food journal of at

least 4 days should be kept. Ideally 2 of the days are weekdays and 2 are weekends to get an

overall idea of a week of eating. There are two options to track your food, one of which is a

simple spreadsheet and the other is a more in depth look at foods you have eaten, and how

you reacted to each food. The latter is recommended for anyone suspicious of food

sensitivities, energy issues, interested in food combining discussions or would just like to try

something new. Click the link below to download the form you want to use, and keep track of

your food choices, quantities and times for at least 4 days.

The food journal should be completed and emailed to Natasha prior to your first appointment.

what is a food coach?

My personal journey with food has led me to love food, love health and love healing with

food. So much so that I have a passion to share nutrition education with others and to make

it easy and accessible. We all deserve to know how to eat more consciously and nutritiously

to provide fuel for the body, mind and spirit.

It started with a Grandmother who owned her own authentic German food restaurant –

making everything from scratch. I learned to prep, cook, run a restaurant and most

importantly, share joy and passion with others who were being fed. It was the birth of my

foodie nature.

When conventional methods could not explain or remedy my own food intolerance to all dairy

products, I sought alternative methods to cure myself. What I found was profound and life

changing – that these so called 'alternative' methods were going back to our traditional ways

of eating and preparing food! More importantly, we have generally lost sight of eating for our

health and eating for digestive wellness.

My research led me to be educated about the human body and it's interaction with food.

Particularly portion control, the importance of clean, organic and natural produce and cultured

foods. Adopting better eating habits, cultured foods, food combining and supplements can

have amazing effects on longevity, mood, and life.

A perfect recipe was written when my 10+ years in the corporate world, passion for food and

desire to build a healthy community were combined. It is a best in class blend for a business

that is built on wholesome and logical core principals that are for the improvement of the

body, community and well being.

Mission Statement

Promote and support a healthy, energetic and gratifying lifestyle by focusing on education

and development of tools to practice wholesome eating habits and food preparation.

Philosophy

L. Little Food Coaching is about more than just avoiding junk food and dieting or counting

points. We are based on the idea that eating should have core values rooted in principals of

traditional eating, when fast food, frozen meals and adulterated foods were not a part of our

culture and everyday lives. We steer away from fad diets, calorie counting, point counting,

tasteless and rigid recipes that make for a frustrating cycle.

We recognize that these are busy times and we have to be realistic about how to live a

healthy lifestyle. Without a guiding hand, it can be a major challenge to properly nourish

ourselves.

We believe that each person is unique in their nutrition needs and deserves to have a plan

and education specifically tailored to them.

What is a Food Coach?

Similar to a professional sport coach, a food coach is there to help with four main points:

Educate

A food coach is someone there to help you learn what you need to achieve your goal. Natasha

is well versed in the principals of eating to be well, maintaining weight, and dealing with food

sensitivities. What makes her approach beneficial is that it is specifically tailored to your

needs, tastes, time restrictions and preferences.

Organize

It can take days months or years to compile all the research, recipes, meal plans, grocery

lists, pantry and kitchen to create a plan that suits your health, personal tastes, family

tastes, is seasonal, is interesting, and aligns with your goals. Natasha helps identify and

prioritize your goals, and packages an easy to implement plan with immediate and long term

action plans to reach them.

Inspire and Motivate

Whether you have tried fad diets for years only to gain the weight back, or recently found out

you have a food sensitivity and feel overwhelmed to make a plan for yourself, Natasha is

there as a coach to help get you back on track and stay on track.

Focus

It doesn’t take long to develop a habit, but without a focused effort the work to adopt

healthier eating habits can be washed away. Natasha will help you focus on your immediate

needs and work through them until you come to a place you are confident and proud of.
