Business Models


Business Models I. Offshore Development Team (ODT)

We Recruit, Train and Maintain a dedicated team of Project Manager / lead, Developers, Designers, Testers and

Architects – Typically applicable for “Product Development & Support” with a long term committed team

Minimum contract period is 18 months for a team of up to 5 people. Bigger the team, contract period is more

Team could be setup for a B-O-T model as well, with a minimum agreement period of 3 years to build and operate

the team before transferring to client’s company

Costs could be on a fixed monthly rate (see our rate card) or on a Cost Plus model (for long term and for bigger

teams) payable at the end of each month

II. Time and Material (T&M)

Deploy Trained / Certified resources for a specific number of hours in a month, varying between 80 hours to 160

hours – Typically applicable for a IT Services company wanting flexibility in team composition

Minimum contract period of 3 months

Costs based on our rate card payable at the beginning of each month

III. Fixed Budget Contract (FBC)

Based on requirements from clients we work on a fixed ‘cost – timeline – deliverable ‘ based projects – Typically

applicable for “web projects” by IT Services Companies or Corporate clients

Agile / Waterfall project delivery models

Cost includes Project Management component besides – Analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and

support

Code ownership transferred at 25% of project value OR for free after 2 years of support contract (value of 15% -

25% of project cost per annum)
