However she shall join within a period of 21 days from the date of its publication in leading Dailies. Terms and Conditions of Appointment:- 1. The appointee shall have to give an undertaking in the form of an affi- davit duly attested by the 1st Class Magistrate (Executive/Judicial) to the effect that in case of any adverse report about her character and antecedents is received from the Additional Director General of Police, Criminal Investigation Department J&K, the candidate shall have no right to claim her appointment as Stock Assistant which shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio. 2. The untrained selected candidate has to undergo Departmental Stock Assistant Training course for a period of nine months at Training Class, Kartholi for which order will be issued separately. 3. The salary of the appointee shall not be drawn and disbursed to the con- cerned by the District Sheep Husbandry Officer, Rajouri until and unless a satisfactory report about her character and antecedents is received from the concerned verifying agency which shall be provided to him on its receipt from concerned quarters. The District Sheep Husbandry Officer, Rajouri is directed to depute his deal- ing Assistant to this office to collect the documents i.e. academic qualification, Date of Birth, RBA category Certificate, Verification of academic documents, category certificate as well as other related documents of aforementioned Stock Assistant from this office for further necessary action. The enter-se-seniority of above appointed Stock Assistant shall be deter- mined as per position assigned to her by the J&K Service Selection Board.
