Dental Insurance • We are a fee for service practice. We will gladly make the most of your insurance by filing your claims to obtain the fastest maximum insurance reimbursement. Dental insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance company and you are ultimately responsible for fees in their entirety. The estimated patient portion is due at the time of service. Cancellation Notice • We schedule appointments that are both convenient for you and time managed for our doctor. If you must cancel your appointment, kindly allow 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will allow us to see a different patient, who may need urgent care.
