High performance, high volume, stack-to-stack feeding systemsThere are 3 primary models in the RF1 Range. These models all employ the same integrated conveyor system, yet use different feeding technologies to ensure that once the product is ‘picked’ it is then accurately placed. Once on the conveyor, a range of either printing/labeling technologies can be used, as well as post-print inspection systems, dependent on requirement.

PharmaHigh specification pharma systemAvailable in either friction or shuttle format. The Pharma version of the Rotech RF1 is designed to allow pharmaceutical customers to print and inspect cartons offline and is fitted, as standard, with both an automatic inline diverter-flap reject system and shingling (accumulation) conveyor to maintain high throughout while being easy to operate.

Ideal for:

• Datamatrix barcoding of cartons• Addition of LOT and EXP information• Integral inspection of printed information and pharmacode• Automatic removal of reject cartons
