Offline Wordpress Wizardry

In The Beginning…

“Once Upon a time…”

Alright I’ll stop with all the “fairytale and magic” stuff, after all there is

NOTHING “fairytale” about the contents of this course and the results YOU are

about to achieve when applied to ALL of your online marketing activities!

Yes I said “ALL”

This may sound like a bold statement, hype even; however, I can make this

statement based on SOLID results, not just my own, but those of MANY,

MANY, MANY successful online marketers Worldwide.

Once you grasp the “essence” of this course and put in action the SIMPLE

methods we share, YOU will become unstoppable in ALL of your marketing

efforts online.

The methods have been time-tested by the Worlds leading Online Marketers.

Some of the best known names in the industry use these methods DAILY as

they understand the POWER in the SIMPLICITY of it all.

It is the inexperienced, “newbie” and short-sighted marketer who either

doesn’t KNOW these methods or foolishly chooses to ignore them and instead

continues their pointless quest searching for that BIG RED button, the Push

Button to success they BELIEVE actually exists.

The savvy marketer on the other hand knows full well that this quest will prove

fruitless and costly and some even watch the CROWDS with a slight smirk.

And the “SHEEPLE” continue to totally ignore the SIMPLE METHODS to

success.

“Well it must be TOO simple to work right?”

Lesson 1 – It’s ALL About Keywords

There is one CONSTANT in ALL marketing online and offline and that’s

KEYWORDS.

Everything and we mean everything you do online MUST be based on

keywords.

Your website domain name (URL), Video Titles, Article Titles, Facebook Pages,

Linkedin Profiles, Images, PowerPoint Presentations (SlideShare), Forum

Signatures, YouTube Channels, Business Directories etc…

You name it, you MUST ensure everything you upload online is Keyword

Optimised.

After all it’s how the Search Engines and more importantly your PAYING

customers will find you and their customers will find them.

However, choosing the RIGHT keyword phrase for the “offline market” is

relatively straight forward and we basically choose the BUSINESS category and

the TOWN, CITY, Metro, etc.

For example: www.Business-Category-Town.com .

Don’t concern yourself with the “hyphens – between – the –words” just now

as there are two schools of thought whether the “hyphens” make any real

difference to the success of the sites rankings.

We added the “hyphens” simply to show how the “Keywords” are selected and

how we structure the domain name in this instance.

The next consideration is to think like a SEARCHER not a Marketer!

What we mean by this is don’t concern yourself doing complicated, in depth

keyword analysis, instead THINK how a “searcher” would find the

business/service they were looking for using a Search Engine.

Let’s say our “searcher” has a burst water pipe and its flooding their home,

what they are probably looking for is an “emergency-plumber” not just a

“Plumber” and if it’s in the middle of the night, what they are more likely to

Page 8: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 8

search for is a “24 hour emergency plumber”… (Try running this search in your

own browser/search engine of choice now and see the results that are

returned!)

You see “searchers” have become more educated when it comes to well, em

“searching”.

They know that the more specific the “search term” the more chance they

have of finding the right answer.

They also add what we call “modifiers” to assist in their “search” for example:

“plumber Dallas”

“emergency plumber Dallas”

“24 hour emergency plumber Dallas”

Just with the above you can see how many variations of the keywords there

are and how we can attract different searchers using these different terms.

Another “spin off” is the LONGER the keyword phrase the easier our job

becomes when it comes to “ranking” our sites (in theory!).

The above works for other “business categories” too, for example:

“locksmith Dallas”

“emergency locksmith Dallas”

“24 hour emergency locksmith Dallas”

Another “method” we can utilise is to ADD modifiers to the beginning or the

end of our keyword phrase. Again this will provide us with “long tail” keyword

phrases which potentially allow us to rank easier and to grab “low hanging

fruit”. Keywords that are relatively easy to rank for yet still generate enough

search volume and interest to make them profitable. (More on this later).

Page 9: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 9

So for example: (“xxxx” is replaced by the Business Category)

“Best “xxxx” Town/City/Metro”

“Good “xxxx” Town/City/Metro”

“Recommended “xxxx” Town/City/Metro”

“Reliable “xxxx” Town/City/Metro”

“Emergency “xxxx” Town/City/Metro”

“Cheap “xxxx” Town/City/Metro”

Or even:

“xxxx” Town/City/Metro Review”

“xxxx” Town/City/Metro Information”

So let’s say we wanted to “rank” for Wedding Planner Edinburgh but some one

had already secured that Domain name. We could use “modifiers” to select

another Domain name (URL) that we could be competitive for.

We could use:

Best Wedding Planner Edinburgh

Good Wedding Planner Edinburgh

Reliable Wedding Planner Edinburgh

Recommended Wedding Planner Edinburgh

Wedding Planner Edinburgh Review (or reviews)

What we are doing here is thinking like a “searcher”…

Let your competitors beat each other up trying to compete for the more

competitive “keywords”.

We want to pick the “fights” we have a good chance of winning!

Page 10: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 10

In the above we “hinted” at using the “keyword phrases” in the domain names

(URLs) and YES this is a MAJOR consideration in ranking any website, blog or

Wordpress site high in the Search Engines.

We’re also going to use the “keyword” phrase throughout our sites, pages,

posts, images, in fact everywhere there is a chance of “optimising” to ensure

the Search Engines find us and rank us highly!

The next consideration regarding you choice of domain names is whether to

use hyphens between your keywords.

Well we’ve had success with both methods and first began using “hyphenated”

domain names back in 2008.

The choice is yours and we’re not going to enter into a debate of what’s the

right way or the wrong way… all we know is we can get BOTH to rank highly

and that’s all that counts!

As an aside; we first realised the importance of the “hyphens” when we are

analysing why “certain” sites seemed to rank higher than others and why the

likes of Squidoo, Blogger, Wordpress and Hubpages all seemed to enjoy HIGH

search engine rankings.

We discovered a “common” trait. The URL’s contained hyphens (-) or

underscores (_). As we were unable to create domain names with

“underscores” we began testing with “hyphens”… lo and behold it worked!

Again we’re only sharing what has worked for us over the years and whatever

you decide to choose is down to your own personal preference.

Of course it’s worth pointing out…

Hyphenated-domain-names-are-not-the-prettiest.com

They can also prove problematic when trying to tell others the NAME of your

site, fortunately, our sites are there only to capture the “searchers” attention

and we can then re-direct them to our customers MAIN sites etc once they

have landed on them!

Page 11: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 11

Examples:

(Note the – hyphens)

Our recommendation is to mix and match and TEST what works best for you.

That’s basically the way we choose and structure our keyword phrases.

Another consideration is the TLD – Top Level Domain name.

We ALWAYS recommend you either choose the .com or the MAIN TLD of your

country or the country you are targeting (if possible).

For example .co.uk etc

We’ve tested numerous TLD’s has some success with .info and .org but always

return to the use of either the .com or as mentioned the country specific TLD.

Note: there’s a REASON some TLD’s are cheap!

Again the choice is yours, we’re simply passing on our findings of what works

for us and you never know you might (possible) find a TLD that the Search

Engines all of a sudden fall in love with and you out-rank everything else

(doubtful).

Page 12: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 12

The next consideration is “just where to you use keywords?”

We’ve already mentioned that you should “keyword optimise” EVERYTHING

you upload online; websites, blogs, images, articles, press releases, videos…

EVERYTHING!

Here are some of the areas you should optimise within a Wordpress site.

The above is an example of how we would structure a Wordpress site.

We use our chosen “keywords” in the Domain name (URL), Page Names, Post

Titles and of Course Page Content.

Regarding “content” we ensure we also optimise our “header tags” H1, H2 and

H3.

Don’t worry if this is all new to you as we’ll show you exactly what we mean as

we go through this report.

Let’s jump across and look at some REAL examples of this in practice.

Page 13: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 13

Keywords in Practice

Remember, always think like a “searcher” and use the keyword phrases your

believe people will actually be searching for when looking for a service or

business provider.

The following customers have agreed we can share their site details etc.

Apollo String Quartet - String Quartet Glasgow

The above screenshot is of the Wordpress version of the

ApolloStringQuartet.com site. (stringquartetglasgow.co.uk)

We created the Wordpress version to test the Keyword principle.

You can clearly see the Keywords in the domain name and the Keyword phrase

is used throughout the site, their pages, posts and images also.

If you Google “string quartet Glasgow” you will also see they hold the top

positions in the images and video results also.

Incidentally; Apollo String Quartet recently played with Brian Wilson of the

Beach Boys in concert in Glasgow. His management “found” the quartet via a

“Google” search where they saw their site rankings, images and videos!

Page 14: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 14

We have to stress, the use of your chosen keywords within the domain name

itself can make a massive impact on the success of the rankings of your site.

The “Correct” use of keywords in ALL your online activities can not be

overstated. You MUST ensure you keyword optimise absolutely everything you

do online, by doing so your chance of success will be magnified a thousand

fold.

Don’t restrict your keyword optimisation only to websites, blogs, videos and

images etc. Ensure EVERYTHING you do online is optimised.

For example, Twitter Accounts, Facebook Pages, Linkedin Profiles, YouTube

Channels, Shareslide Profiles, Flickr Accounts, Hubpages Account, Squidoo

Accounts, Wetpaint, Business Directory Listings, Free Advertising Site Profiles

etc.

You’ll be surprised just how many of these additional sites, forums and online

services get picked up and ranked by the Search Engines and they are all FREE

resources!

The screenshot below shows the results for one of my businesses.

When talking to a client and they ask what we do, we simply say… “We

Promote You Online, “Google us!”

One of the objectives of this report and the

teachings within is to get your site (s) on

page one of the Search Engines, this way

your site becomes your silent “salesman”

and attracts potential customers to your

business.

Page 15: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 15

The “results” certainly impress them judging by their comments and uptake to

our services

As you can see we dominate page one of Google, only my good friend Sean

Beardmore from Local Buzz Marketing has prevented us from having the

WHOLE of page one.

The results show our main Wordpress site in position #1 and #2 (note the use

of keywords in #2!).

Page 16: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 16

Our Facebook page, Linkedin profile, YouTube, Slideshare and directory listings

make up the other rankings. You can achieve EXACTLY the same for your

business and your targeted categories!

The simple fact is this… “The MORE “virtual real-estate” you have on page one

of Google the more “rent” you can collect each and every month!

This is ALL about building a “Virtual Property Portfolio”; however, we do not

have to put a lot of money up front to create this income stream and we don’t

have to go cap in hand trying to secure costly mortgages.

At most our expense is buying the domain name and hosting the sites and this

“investment” is easily covered by your paying customer’s month in and month

out!

How BIG your “portfolio” becomes is down to you and the amount of ACTION

you take.

The bottom line is this method works and you can decide to embrace it and

put what we share into practice or to ignore this and wait for the next “shiny

object” to land in your inbox.

If you want a REAL sustainable and growing online business this is it!

Anyway, I’ll step off the soap box and we can get back to the subject of

keywords.

Page 17: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 17

Hopefully the above has provided you a real insight into the use of keywords in

everything you do online.

Now I don’t know about you; however, I like to see REAL results in realtime.

So rather than me showing you what we HAVE done, let me show you this

process step-by-step in practice starting from “business category selection”,

buying the domain name, setting up the site and then getting it ranked on

Google.

We’ll even show you how we create and set up the site and the plugins we use.

Because this is a “static” report you’re not really going to get the FULL benefit

of the training that the video series provides; however, we’ll try our best to

add as many KEY screenshots of the process etc to ensure you grasp the overall

concept.

You will have sufficient content within this report to be able to action what we

share; however, we would urge you to upgrade to the FULL video series so you

get maximum results and also take advantage of the BONUS material that

covers Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube and Business Listing services.

This training will short-cut the learning process and get you set up much, much

quicker than using this report alone.

Remember

Page 18: OfflineWordpressWizardy

Choosing Customers

Now to some this may seem like a weird title for a chapter in a report;

however, this is exactly what we are going to be doing.

WE get to decide WHO we want to target and work with and assist to promote

their business.

One of the most common questions I get asked is “how do you target potential

businesses and what determines if they are a worth contacting?”

I’d love to write a few paragraphs and provide you with extensive and

impressive charts and metrics that we use to find the BEST customers.

Unfortunately, or FORTUNATLEY we don’t use ANY of these methods.

I’ll be up front here, we’ve seen so many people stating they have the “secret

sauce” when it comes to finding profitable Offline Clients.

The truth is ANY business has the potential to become a profitable client. You

just have to know how to “position the offer”.

Here’s something to bear in mind…

If they are in business they NEED customers and one of the BEST ways to

attract customers is to have a STRONG search engine presence.

This is EXACTLY the service you are providing, nothing more nothing less…

You are going to get their business promoted highly within the search engines

where their potential customers can find them!

That’s all there is to this.

Page 19: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 19

A bit of VALUBALE advice…

If you present YOUR business like the guy above DO NOT expect to secure

much business and if you secure ANY, don’t expect it to be too profitable or

long-term!

It’s important you take the time, effort and YES a little money to ensure you

project the right image and professionalism. Believe me this DOES make a

MASSIVE difference to your success and will ensure you will stand out from the

crowd.

You don’t have to spend thousands or even hundreds to achieve this, simply

use professional themes from sites such as Themeforest.net

Its still amazes us when we see so called Online Marketing Companies, Web

Designers and SEO Consultants trying to promote themselves from a terribly

designed site with poor layout, cheap graphics and spelling mistakes.

This is a BUSINESS; treat it like one and you will have a profitable business.

Treat it like a hobby and all you will ever achieve is “Pocket Change” at best!

Page 20: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 20

OK so the above is slightly “tongue in cheek”; however, be honest would you

feel CONFIDENT putting your life in their hands?

The same thoughts go through your prospects minds… “Can I trust these guys

to promote my business in a professional and ethical way?”

So please take this extra time to ensure YOU and your business are set up

before trying to help others.

There are no shortcuts here and you can easily apply what we share in this

report and the extensive video series to set yourself up and establish your

position in your Local Area.

As they say during the Aeroplane safety messages “put on your

own oxygen mask first so you have the capability of serving and helping those

around you!”

So please I urge you consider how you are presenting your business and if its

seems all too much like “hard work”, then I’d advise you to close up shop now

and consider another way of making money, Business To Business is NOT for

you!

Page 21: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 21

Tapping Into an Unlimited Source of Leads

I spoke to one of my friends who also owns an “offline consultancy” and we

got onto the subject of getting new clients. It’s always a BIGGY and usually a

contentious subject

So he began telling me about all the lists he had created and managed to

“scrape” together off various sites such a Yell.com, Google Places, Yahoo and

Bing etc and also the “lists” he had purchased, some 6 million business details

in total.

He enthusiastically told me “it’s taken me six months but now I have all I need

to really build a massive business”.

So I asked him a simple question… “How many of these “leads” have you

contacted so far and how many of them have become clients?”

After the initial silence his answer came back… “NONE!”

You see like many, my friend made the mistake believing he had to “create”

the list of businesses first before taking any action.

As I told him… “Your business model is not as an “offline consultant” you

should become a list broker instead!”

Please do not make the same mistake as my friend… This is about creating a

profitable and sustainable offline consultancy business NOT building a list of

potentials.

These lists already exist, you can either go out and buy them or you can use

the methods we show to GRAB real customers NOW and build your list of

BUYERS at the same time.

Do you want to wait six months to start getting paid?

Of course not and why should you?

Follow this course to the letter and you’ll soon have your first customer,

quickly followed by your second and third and more!

Page 22: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 22

So let’s look at some options that are readily available and FREE first of all. For

the sake of providing all the options I’ll show you where you can pick up “ready

made” lists if you want to pay for them.

NOTE: The interesting thing is my friend believed just by having the list he

would be successful. Well strangely enough he hadn’t even contacted ONE of

those six million plus companies, not one! He’s not alone I know many people

who have done exactly the same thing.

I mentioned Yell.com above and this is one of the many sites we can use to tap

into an endless supply of potential customers – leads!

This method is all about choosing the RIGHT category which in turn will provide

us with the basics for our Keyword Phrase Selection.

All we do is scroll right down to the bottom of Yell’s homepage and we’ll see

the “business categories”.

It’s a simple list of their advertiser’s categories.

Remember, we are NOT looking for specific companies here; we are only

looking for potential categories that we can target.

We are going to use the Category as part of the Keyword Phrase that we want

to rank for and to dominate page one of the Search Engines with.

Next we simply “click” into one of the categories and then…

Page 23: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 23

We are presented with the following page (depending on your location).

This gives us the option to choose our town, metro etc. Note: I choose Blinds

and Awnings at random.

It’s up to you if you want to work locally or in any other town. We do both!

For this example I’m going to choose Barrow-in-Furness, for no other reason

than I have family there

You’ll see the current advertisers details displayed and again I stress, just

ignore these, this is NOT the object of the exercise (we can come back to these

later but ONLY if we have too!)

What we are looking for here is the “low hanging fruit” we mentioned right at

the start in the “Its ALL About the Keyword” selection. The Long-tail, easy to

rank for keyword phrases that “searchers” actually SEARCH for!

Fortunately Yell.com and the other Listing and Directory sites are extremely

useful when it comes to finding these easy to target keyword phrases

They typically display them as “sub-categories” of the main category and

better still they are the Keywords the Businesses themselves choose

(Yell.com). See the screenshot below to see what I mean.

Page 24: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 24

Of course adding these “phrases” to the Geographical modifier of Barrow-In-

Furness is going to create a VERY long domain name; however, as said earlier,

we aren’t concerned about “Pretty” domain names; we just want to ensure we

dominate the search engines for the specific search term.

Side note: We are starting to see more and more searchers using their actual

post/zip codes in their search criteria now and this is also something you can

test!

For example in this case it could be “commercial-blinds-La14.co.uk” (or .com)

rather than “Commercial-blinds-barrow-in-furness.co.uk”

Page 25: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 25

Quick Interlude…

Top Tip; ALWAYS check your proposed keywords in a Google

search before you go to the expense of purchasing a domain name; remember

we pick our fights and we want easy fights we can win!

Here’s something else that makes this method all the more

enjoyable and profitable.

EVERY business has a “Price”. What I mean by this is no matter WHAT category

you choose you will be able to “rent” out your sites and make a monthly profit.

Just “adjust” your monthly rental accordingly

Please just bear the above in mind for now and I’ll show you exactly how you

can ensure EVERY ONE of your Virtual Real Estate sites is fully rented out, each

and every month without fail

Page 26: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 26

Welcome back!

A quick check of both of these keyword phrases reveals that NO competitors

are on page one of Google with those Keywords in their Domain name. I’ll be

honest, nine times out of ten this is always the case.

If there IS someone with those keywords in their domain name, we simply

choose another category or sub-category. Again, always pick the fights you can

win!

Please do NOT try and over analyse this process and please do not try and

create some magical formula. There is no need!

The simple fact is this…

“If Yell.com and the other online Listing/Directory Sites have a “category”

listed and there are businesses advertising in there, then there is a STRONG

chance you will be able to attract a customer who is more than willing to pay

your monthly rental for the site, month in and month out!”

With the above in mind you can, should you wish, create one profit pulling site

each and every day. In fact you can create as many as you feel inclined to do

and when you really begin to build your “Virtual Real Estate Portfolio” you can

outsource the whole process and build a MASSIVE portfolio.

Of course it all starts with the first steps and that’s what we are going to share

now.

The EXACT steps for creating you very first site that you can rent out in the

coming days and weeks.

Step By Step Process - Realtime

Registering a domain name

For this exercise we are going to use the Keywords “Steam Clean Dubai”.

Having recently moved to Saudi Arabia and having made the short hop over to Dubai to spend time with my friends and family; I’ve kind of fell in love with the place and I would like to spend more time there.

So my thinking is, why not create sufficient business over there which means my vacation and regular trips are fully paid for through the income I generate from my customers? Not a bad position, I’m sure you’ll agree

I’ve checked Godaddy and the domain name in both versions is available. Steam-Clean-Dubai.com and SteamCleanDubai.com. You can use other domain name registrars such as Namecheap etc.

Just for example purposes we’re going to use the hyphenated domain name. As we’ve said earlier in this report, this is down to personal preference and we have seen no significant negatives or positives between each option.

We went for the .com in this instance rather than the country specific TLD – Top Level Domain .ae. This is because of the potential Country Specific requirements/restrictions and also because it would cost us $68 per year to secure the domain name!

Registering a domain name with ANY of the providers is very straight forward and in most cases they have full step by step instructions on their website and sometimes “how to” videos.

Simply follow the steps and register your chosen domain name.

The next part of the process is to set up the actual hosting for your new website.

There are numerous companies to choose from and again this is down to personal preference, any discounts/deals you can find and/or recommendations from others.

We have our own dedicated servers so we don’t host with the usual suspects such as Hostgator etc. (so no affiliate links here).

Page 28: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 28

Setting up Hosting

Once you have your hosting arranged you will need to transfer your domain name over to your new host and to do this we are going to change the DNS settings.

Please don’t panic if this sounds technical, it really is a simple process and very straightforward.

Again refer to your domain registrar or the company you have chosen to host your site with or search within YouTube for “how to change DNS settings” “how to set up web hosting” etc.

The following example is how we change the DNS settings in Godaddy.

The Nameservers (DNS details) should be requested from your NEW hosting company – these are sometimes provided via email when you sign up for a new hosting account.

The first thing to do is to login to Godaddy and then navigate to “Domain Management”.

We then scroll down until we find our NEW domain name and then click on this to open up the Domain Name dashboard.

This will show you all the settings for your domain.

We are only interested in “Set Nameservers” in this instance.

Page 29: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 29

“click” on Set Nameservers and a new window will open.

1st Select “I have Specific Nameservers for my domains (from your NEW hosting company)

2nd Enter the details provided by your new hosting company in the Nameserver 1 and Nameserver 2 boxes provided.

Click “OK” to save and that’s your domain name transferred to your new hosting account.

Depending on the host and a few other factors out with our control, the transfer can take anything from a few minutes to a few hours. Sometimes 24 hours!

You’ll typically see a “parked” domain screen during this time and will not be able to access the Cpanel of the new account.

To check for this simply type your new domain-name.com/cpanel in a browser window and once the transfer is completed you will be redirected to the cpanel dashboard.

Once you can access your sites cpanel we can begin the process of setting up Wordpress and uploading a new theme.

Again this is a very straightforward process and nothing to worry about.

Page 30: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 30

As mentioned above to access the cpanel simply type /cpanel after your domain name. In our example it is steam-clean-dubai.com/cpanel

You will then need to login (details provided by your hosting company).

Once logged in we are going to scroll down to “Fantastico De Luxe” in the Software /Services section.

“click” on the “smiley face” to access the Software/Services.

Once in the Fantastico Dashboard we scroll down and click on Wordpress to open up the Wordpress area so we can create a new Wordpress install.

Page 31: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 31

Click on NEW Installation

Page 32: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 32

Simply follow the instructions and complete the required boxes.

NOTE: There are a few things we SHOULD do that will make our life easier going forward.

Steps 2 through to 4 are pretty straight forward, you just create memorable login details so you can access Wordpress from your site. Number 5 – Admin email ALWAYS enter an email you currently have, NOT the default email that Wordpress sets as you will not be able to get your login details should you forget them in the future!

Page 33: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 33

Once you have completed the above and stored your login details somewhere safe where you can find them in the future, click “Install Wordpress”.

And that’s it! Wordpress will now be installed on your site.

To access Wordpress we simply type your domain-name.com/wp-admin and enter the user name and password we set up during the Wordpress Install.

Once you are logged in you will be at your sites Wordpress Dashboard as below.

The “dashboard” is pretty self explanatory and all the main navigation is down the left hand side.

We will be coming back to the WP Dashboard many times during this report to install/upload a new theme and also to install and activate various plugins that will assist our sites rankings in the search engines etc.

We will also be creating the pages, posts and content for both from within this area.

Again if you have never used Wordpress please don’t panic as it’s as simple as working in a Microsoft Word document or any other Word Processing application.

The first thing we are going to do is to get the look and feel sorted and then we can start on the real nitty-gritty things

Page 34: OfflineWordpressWizardy

Changing The Site Theme

The layout, style and colour of your site can mean the difference between

success and failure and this aspect of your site creation should not be skipped.

So many “wannabe’s” and “also rans” fall down at this point believing they can

simply throw anything up online and get people to part with their hard earned

cash… em, well NO!

Remember what we said at the start about presenting yourself and your

business in a professional manner?

Well your “site” is your salesperson and you want them looking their best at

ALL times. So please put in the little extra effort, time and money if need be to

get this part right.

There are a number of ways you can change the theme.

1) You can use the built in Theme selector and choose from hundreds of

free themes in there. Some good, some bad and some VERY ugly!

2) You can search the internet for FREE Wordpress themes. Word of

caution; be VERY careful with this option or you may end up installing

more than you had bargained for. We’ve heard nightmares of hidden

links to porn sites or gambling sites etc.

3) Buy professionally themes from a reputable Wordpress themes site. We

use themeforest.net 95% of the time for our themes and they have

always proved to be an excellent investment.

As mentioned numerous times, your site is the first impression your prospects

have of your company and services and as the saying goes, “you only get one

chance to make a first impression!”

We’ve seen some terrible sites online and listened to people whine that they

aren’t getting sales… well duh, No s*&$ Sherlock!!

We can’t stress enough how important the right theme is to your success.

Please, please, please make sure you don’t skip this or install some crappy

looking theme that looks like it’s been created by a hyperactive three year old

with crayons!

Page 35: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 35

Installing a NEW theme is easy. For this exercise we are going to install the

Chamber theme from Themeforest.net

First we scroll down the left hand margin within our Wordpress Dashboard to

the “Appearance” link and “click” on it to open.

Above you can see the “Current Theme” which is Chamber 1.3 and below that

you can see the “default” themes that come with the standard Wordpress

Install.

You can access the free themes by clicking on “install themes” and searching

the “theme directory” there.

To install a theme you have either purchased or downloaded for free you

would use the “Upload Theme” method and follow the instructions.

Typically themes are downloaded in .ZIP format and you simply upload the

whole .ZIP folder using the build in function within Wordpress itself; however,

depending on your site settings and the size of the .ZIP theme you may have to

install the theme to the “Theme” folder using either the cpanel file upload or

via FTP software.

Instructions for both methods can be found simply by doing a Google search

and/or a YouTube search where you will find a ton of training information that

will assist you to install your theme successfully.

Page 36: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 36

Some themes come with additional functionality and built in “dashboards” that

make the process of customization that much simpler.

Chamber for example, the theme we have used in this instance, comes with an

excellent built in interface that makes the whole process a cinch!

We can have everything set up within 20 minutes from start to finish, it really

is that intuitive and user friendly.

We’re not going to dwell on the actual theme here too much as this whole

subject is down to your personal preference and as we have stated earlier,

each theme has different functions etc.

Once the theme is installed we and we are happy with the design and layout

we next create a Customised logo and the other graphics used throughout the

site. Again these are down to your personal preferences and the graphic

development can either be done by you or you can outsource these do

someone else.

You can find good, reliable and fairly inexpensive graphics developers on

www.fiverr.com

Now we have the theme and design sorted we are going to install our chosen

plugins that will help us to rank the site in the search engines.

Page 37: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 37

Installing the Plugins

We’re creatures of habit when it comes to Plugins and we stick to something

that has proven itself time and time again.

We used to have a LONG list of plugins we would install; now we simply use

the free Traffic Getting Plugin from Jeff Johnson and install the recommended

plugins in there.

You can get your own free copy of this plugin by visiting the download area

here =>> http://www.undergroundtraininglab.com/tgsp-install/ (not an affiliate link!)

There are many other Wordpress SEO plugins you can use and we’ve tested

most of them. Still we use the one above as it’s so easy to set up and takes us

only a few minutes to do so.

Once you have downloaded your free copy you will need to scroll down the left

hand side of your Wordpress Dashboard again and this time look for plugins.

Page 38: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 38

Next we follow the instructions for “uploading” a plugin and locate the Free

Traffic Getting Plugin that we have downloaded from Jeff Johnson’s site earlier.

Once installed, simply click “activate” and you will see a new item on the left

hand menu named “Traffic Getting”.

Next we follow the instructions provided and install all of their recommended

plugins starting with All-In-One-SEO and then going down the list one by one.

We’ll come back and configure All-In-One-SEO later on in this report.

Note: if the plugins do not install from the Traffic Getting dashboard, simply

note them down and install them from the Plugin menu itself one by one.

One thing you want to ensure you do is set your “Permalinks” to do this scroll

down to “settings” then “permalinks” and then enter the following in the

Custom Structure : /%postname%/

As we progress through the remainder of this report you will see how this

simple change will assist your rankings and how your “Page Titles” will be

structured to ensure Search Engine friendliness.

We’ll come back to the plugins later.

Creating Content On The Fly

A site is NOT a site without content and for some, content creation is the

BIGGEST restrictor in their business.

Over the years many of the helpdesk and support emails I have received have

been around, “how to create content for websites”.

Well fear not as I am about to share two of my personal favourite methods

that allow me to create content on the fly and get other people to produce a

ton of it for me in a matter of minutes for free

Our first port of call is Wikipedia.

Yes Wikipedia! http://www.wikipedia.org/

You see Wikipedia is a hot bed of relevant information that we can utilise to

create our content, it’s also a fantastic resource for carrying out research into

various subject matters.

In our case we are simply going to use the “search” area of Wikipedia and

enter what ever “business category” we have chosen to target.

Let me show you just one example, OK maybe two

Page 40: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 40

In this example we will search for “steam cleaning” …

Look at ALL of this lovely “content” we can utilise for our own site… Of course

we’d recommend you at least re-write some of it in your own words; however,

the BULK of what you will need is available in here and also in the “related”

articles.

How quick was that?

Note: You’ll surprised just how much content you will be able to glean from

Wikipedia and as we are only creating “filler” for the site at this stage the

content doesn’t have to resemble a best selling book!

What you can’t actually see from this screenshot is the content extends much

further and as mentioned above leads off into related content areas too.

So “lifting” a paragraph here and there will still make the content appear

“original” to the Search Engines. OK so some “purists” are going to turn their

noses up at this; however, remember our “clients” will supply their own

content once we rent the site out to them.

We remove this “filler” content at that point. It is only there to serve a short

term purpose to get the site ranked.

Side note: look at the structure of the URL in Wikipedia

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steam_cleaning

Page 41: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 41

These “related” areas provide a wealth of additional content

I’ve created many sites based on content I have found on Wikipedia alone, it

takes a matter of minutes to select a few paragraphs, put the content through

Microsoft Notepad to remove any hyperlinks, remove any “ref numbers” etc

and then paste into my pages or posts.

When looking for content I use the following criteria.

What is x?

What does x do?

What are the features of x?

What are the benefits of x?

Who is it for/Who could use x?

Why is x so important?

Page 42: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 42

Just with these few questions I can put together an informative page/post that

makes sense to the reader and will be optimised for the search engines as well

(more on this soon!)

Another site I love for gathering free content is answers.yahoo.com

I use this site in two different ways.

1) I will use the “search” function above to see if anyone has asked about

the “business category” – Keyword Phrase we are finding content for.

2) I will post a Question such as “what are the top 7 tips for xxxx” “what

should you know about xxxx before xxx?” “who can tell me more about

xxxx?” here you just throw a few question out there and wait for the

answers to come in. Some take a matter of minutes, others a little

longer. NOTE: this site can become addictive and you might find yourself

asking some weird and wonderful questions. I once asked about Pot

Roast Recipes, seemed a good idea at the time. Oh and if you want

GOOD content to help you create an eBook, answers.yahoo.com can

give you all you need in a weekend and ALL for FREE

This really is a GREAT site when you think outside the box … perhaps I’ll

create a WSO based on this one day!

These two FREE resources should be able to provide you with more than

enough “filler” content for your sites.

Page 43: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 43

If you want to PAY for your content then our old favourite fiverr.com is a great

resource as is the contentauthority.com; however, there really is no need to

pay as the two options above really will suffice.

When we come to the chapter on creating pages, I’ll share a certain “plugin”

we use that creates about ten content rich pages with only a few clicks… This

really helps with your sites Search Engine Optimisation!

There are “other” ways to have content created and I wouldn’t be covering the

WHOLE subject if I didn’t mention…

“Article Spinning Software!”

I’m not a fan I have to be honest. The time it can take to set up and the results

produced sometimes leave a lot to be desired.

If you want to “spin” content then fine go for it; however, why take the time

and effort when you can get all the content you need in the resources and sites

mentioned above.

There I mentioned “Article Spinning Content” now lets move on (waits to be

flamed by the “spinning” fans!)

Remember our test site is live and you can view it at anytime to

see how we have created the style, layout, graphics, content and sales process

etc

This site will NOT be rented out as it is our “example” site so you can see

exactly how we have structured everything, layout, content, images etc.

www.steam-clean-dubai.com

Page 44: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 44

Adding Pages and Posts

As mentioned above, we need to create some filler content on our site and

this should be spread across pages and posts.

Pages will form the BULK of the content on our site and we’ll add maybe a

couple of posts just to keep the Search Engines Happy.

There are certain pages we recommend you add to every site you create.

About Us, Contact Us, Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer.

Fortunately there’s a great way to create these pages on the fly using a totally

free Wordpress plugin. Even better it creates about 10 pages of content on the

fly and all we need do is to add our keywords and internal linking to create

Search Engine Optimised pages

Simply scroll down the left handside menu within your sites Wordpress

dashboard to “plugins” then “add new” and “search” for “WP Policies”.

Follow the install instructions as shown.

Once installed, you will see a WP Policies link within “settings” (again down the

left hand menu).

Page 45: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 45

Click on this link and you’ll open up the pages themselves. There are 10 pages

already created and all we need do is add our “targeted keyword phrase” into

the header (H1 tags) and the Page Title.

Page 46: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 46

Creating the pages is relatively simple. We just follow the instructions provided

by the Plugin guide itself.

Once the page has been created I like to edit the Header Text (H1), Page Title,

Internal Link back to the Homepage and complete the All-in-One SEO area to

Optimise the page.

Linking Back to the homepage is simply done by using the “keyword phrase”

and adding a hyperlink as shown below

Page 47: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 47

Next we complete the all in one SEO section which again is very self

explanatory.

We use our keyword phrase in the title, description (we just use the first

paragraph or two from the content itself adding the Keyword at the very start),

the keywords themselves, typically no more than 5 “phrases” separated by

comments and relevant to the page content.

Once we have done this we click “update” on the right hand side of the page

view and that’s our new page created and optimised. It takes less than three

minutes and then we create the About Us page and the Contact Us page.

The About Us page is typically two to three paragraphs of generic content (see

our site for an example) and the Contact Us page uses another free “plugin” –

Fast Secure Contact Form. We use the contact form that comes standard and

full instructions are available in the “plugin” area.

You could insert an Aweber form or any other form you wish. (example -

http://steam-clean-dubai.com/contact-us/)

Next we begin to create the other pages using the “content” we have grabbed

from Wikipedia and Answers.yahoo.com

We simply “mash” this content together to create informative pages and one

or two posts for the site.

Page 48: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 48

This is our “about us” page and we’ve highlighted the key areas.

1) We use Header tags (H1) for the page title

2) We use an internal link to another page in the site

3) We’ve added an additional link in this case to the “homepage”

We also use the keyword phrase in a number of places in the main content

body. We DO NOT “stuff” the page with the keywords; however, we want the

content to read well to the human eye and do not want to get penalised for

“keyword stuffing” by the Search Engines.

We use the same structure throughout our other pages and you can see this

when you visit the “live” site. Steam-clean-dubai.com

Creating the “posts” is more or less the same process.

This time we want to create one maybe two posts of relatively informative

content of around 500 words. Again we use a mix of Wikipedia and

Answers.yahoo.com to gather the content.

Here is the post we created for this site to give you an idea of how we did it.

http://steam-clean-dubai.com/steam-clean-dubai-benefits-of-steam-

cleaning/

Page 49: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 49

You can always come back and create more pages and posts later if you wish;

however, remember content will come from your new “tenant” when they

rent the site from you.

Setting Up The “Fuel Tanks”.

Now our site is set up and optimised and we’re happy with the look and feel

we’re going set up the external “Fuel Tanks” that we use to boost the site up to

the top of the Search Engines.

Back in the day we used to call this Space Shuttle SEO.

The “Link Juice” was provided by the various platforms as above, we still use

some of these today where required; however, what I’m about to share is the

quickest and easiest method we have found to get our sites noticed by Google

and the other Search Engines.

We’re going to use Google’s own products to do this as despite what they may

say, the DO definitely rank their own products higher than their competitors.

Probably why YouTube videos rank so fast and so high

Page 50: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 50

In this instance we are going to use Blogger.com to create a couple of free

“Blogs” and then use the power of RSS to get them syndicated and ranked fast.

Top Tip - If you are on a limited budget you may decide to

rent these Blogs out to clients for a discounted rate, say $9.97 to $27 per

month. They won’t cost you anything to set up and with the free layouts you

can create some vey nice examples – just another option that you could utilise

and they will still rank well.

Let’s hop over to Blogger.com – Quick note: you will need to create a NEW

Google Account or use a current Google Account… the first option is always

our preferred choice and we simply create a free Gmail account based around

the keyword phrase we have chosen.

Here’s how the actual blog looks.

http://steam-clean-dubai.blogspot.com/

There are actually two posts on that blog. Steam Clean Dubai and Steam Clean

Dubai.

We also created a second blog, Steam Clean Dubai Review http://steam-clean-

dubai-review.blogspot.com/

Page 51: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 51

Now I’ll walk you through the exact steps of setting these up.

Once you have created your account you will be brought to the “dashboard”

area.

Next you want to click on “Create a blog”.

Next enter your chosen keyword phrase and use “hyphens” between the

words in the Blog Address (URL) as shown. Use the same “phrase” for the title.

Page 52: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 52

Click on “check availability” and if the URL is available enter the “Word

Verification” as shown.

Next we just follow the step by step process and 1st choose a template which

we can change should we wish. This part is down to personal preference there

are no hard and fast rules to this part.

Above shows the exact process we use.

1) Keyword Phrase in Title

2) Keyword Phrase in Largest Text and BOLD

3) Filler content of around 250 to 400 words –

Wikipedia/answers.yahoo.com

4) Keyword “hyperlinked” back to post on our new site

5) Keyword phrase linked back to our homepage

And that’s our blog created and we create another one using the main

keywords plus a “modifier” at the end. Usually, review, about, information, tips

etc.

Next we are going to create the RSS feeds for our new blogs and then sign up

to three sites and syndicate these to get “Link Juice”.

Page 53: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 53

Creating the RSS feed for your new blogger blog is simple. We simply add

rss.xml to the end of the Blog URL as shown below.

Next we store these is a Word doc or a Notepad file to keep them safe.

Now we’re going to create the three RSS syndication memberships and then publish the RSS feeds we have just created.

Each of the sites we use are free to join and creating an account is very straight forward. We use the Gmail email we created when setting up our blogger.com/Google accounts.

The three sites we like to use are:

1) www.feedagg.com 2) www.feedage.com 3) www.rssmountain.com

We always set up NEW accounts for each Keyword Phrase/Category we are targeting so the feeds are relevant to each account.

There are other sites you can use and some specialised services if you wish; however, we only use the above and have had great success doing so.

Once you have created your account you can then upload your feeds and then have them published throught the RSS Syndication sites network.

There are a few things you SHOULD do to ensure you get the maximum benefit from each of these sites and I’ll cover that below as I walk you through the set up process for feedagg.com.

Page 54: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 54

Once you are logged in simply click on the “Add Feed” link.

Follow the prompts for adding the feed and pay attention to step 2. Here we choose to separate the keyword phrases by spaces and enter Dashes/Hyphens (-) between the words… spot a trend here?

Enter the number and click “save feed”.

Where promoted to choose a “category”, choose the category that is closely matched to your keyword phrase where possible. Sometimes you have to think outside the box a little with this.

Follow the above steps with your other blog you have created and then repeat again on feedage.com and rssmountain.com

And that’s it! You have now submitted your new blogger blocks via RSS syndication and they will soon be picked up by the search engines.

We’ve had these blogs ranked in less than 30 minutes on more than one occasion and sometimes it takes a little longer.

As mentioned above, if you don’t want to go down the route of purchasing domain names and hosting, the rented blogger blog option may work for you; however, you will not be able to charge more than $37 a month for them (that’s what we have discovered anyway!)

Page 55: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 55

,

The above shows our current results so far.

We occupy position #2, #3, #4 (our video), #5, #6 of page one of Google for our targeted search term and we’ve done no fancy SEO just very simple straight forward, methodical methods that we KNOW work time and time again, especially for Local Marketing purposes.

So that’s 50% of page one of Google for that Search Term/Keyword Phrase… Our “Virtual Real Estate” now dominates the page and next we are going to set the site up so our prospective tenants can rent the site from us.

Again this is very straight forward, just take your time through the process and you’ll be just fine.

Setting Up The Pricing Page

Once again we are going to turn to FREE Wordpress plugins to help us create our pricing page.

Here is our current page to show you what can be achieved.

http://steam-clean-dubai.com/steam-clean-dubai-pricing/

The plugin we used is the “Price Table” plugin from Greg Priday. Simply scroll to “plugins” down the left hand side of your “dashboard” area in the Wordpress area and search plugins for “Price Table”.

There are a few others in there; however, we like the simplicity of this plugin and the overall effect.

Once installed you will see a NEW link on the left hand menu.

Page 57: OfflineWordpressWizardy

OfflineWordpressWizardry.com - © 2011 All Rights Reserved Page 57

“Click” on the link to access the “Price Table” menu.

You will see a “default” price table there when you “scroll” down the page or

you can choose to create a new table.

We like to use three columns only for our pricing table and to add a column

you simply click on the “greyed out” box that says “add new column”.

This is how our table looks in the “dashboard area”.

Key things to do are to select the middle “recommend” button as this will

make the middle column stand out from the other two and to add the list of

features simply click add and a new line will appear.

NOTE: Only use a short sentence for your description (third line down) as you

will cause an error if you put too much information in that area.

Check out our pricing table above to see how we do this.

The next part is to choose your prices and then to add the “paypal” link so you

can “rent” the site out.

Once again this is very easy if you take it step-by-step.

Let’s create a “payment” link together

First we’ll need to login into PayPal.com or if you don’t have an account

already please create one as it makes collecting automated payments a cinch!

What we also need to do is create a “thankyou” page so we can re-direct our

new tenant there immediately after payment and advise them of the “Next

Steps”. Note: we never have this page showing in our main site navigation; it is

only visible to our “buyers”.

Here’s the link: http://steam-clean-dubai.com/steam-clean-dubai-thank-you/

Feel free to copy any aspect of this and the other pages we’ve shared with you.

Once you have your thank you page you can hop over to PayPal and login and

then navigate to “merchant services” and then scroll down the page to

“Website Payments Standard” and then to the orange button with “subscribe”

written on it.

Below the button there is a link to “create a subscribe button”.

Creating the button really is simple; all we need is a coupe of things.

1) The URL to our thank you page.

2) Our Button Name – we use the site name and add – monthly rental to

the end of it (nice and simple).

3) Our Currency of Choice

4) Our price – decide on your own price structure and TEST until you get

the best price for the site

That’s all we need for now.

Next we set the monthly rental value and “frequency” of the rent.

The Billing Cycle is set to charge every 1 month by default and the cycles are

set NOT to stop!

Now we click on “Step 3 – Customise Advanced Features.

Click on “create button” and then we’re going to grab the “email link” NOT the

web button version.

This “email link” is what we use in the pricing table itself under “Button URL”

and the button text we use is “add to cart”.

And that’s it we’ve created our Subscription button and we now repeat this for

our other price(s).

Once you have completed the Pricing Table, click “update” and that’s it all

saved and it should look something like this.

A Note on Pricing

We mentioned it earlier in this document; however, just want to remind you to

set prices you are comfortable with.

Work out your exact costs of set up, domain purchase and monthly hosting

and anything above your base costs is a profit!

Sometimes we’ll rent out a full site for $27 a month just to get a “testimonial”

and “reference site” in a sub-category of one of the BIGGER categories we are

targeting, this more than covers our base costs as our only outlay is the

domain registration and the theme. We have our own dedicated server which

is a FIXED monthly cost anyway and shared between ALL our sites

Start HIGH and then test your pricing by discounting every week or two until

you “rent” your site out.

Now I’m not a business lawyer so I can’t offer your any advice on how to set

your company up etc or what form of “contract” if any you should have in

place; however, you should seek advice from a professional where possible to

ensure you are trading in a safe way to protect yourself.

Regarding “Contracts” there are some excellent resources online where you

can get these “web service” type contracts for free.

Here’s a couple to get you started… Again please note I’m NOT a Business

Lawyer so seek advice!

You can find other suitable contracts online and also within the Warrior Forum

as well.

Conclusion

You have in your hands the EXACT methods that we use to create our Virtual

Real Estate sites that we rent month in and month out, increasing our Property

Portfolio consistently.

Above this we also introduce our “other” Virtual Real Estate to our clients and

use the same “method” to attract them for example using Facebook pages and

YouTube Videos.

All of which are Keyword Optimised based on the Catgeory of business we are

targeting.

As we’ve said earlier, make sure you keyword optimise EVERYTHING you do

online and you’ll be surprised at the amount of leads that start coming in from

these.

We’ve had leads from our images, videos, linkedin profile, business directory

listings, facebook pages, shareslide profile, etc.etc.

Put in practice what we have shared here and you’ll soon build your very own

ever-growing Virtual Real Estate Property Portfolio.

As we said from the start, it is better to learn this process from the

accompanying video lessons; however, we’ve tried our best to provide

sufficient screenshots to ensure you can see exactly what we do and so you

can replicate the process fully.
