and gas industry having worked for some ofthe major pipeline and oil and gas contrac-tors working in Ohio. He also is an experi-enced operator of heavy equipment. Thomas has served four years in the
United States Marine Corp, as an equipmentmaintenance technician, where he learnedabout troubleshooting problems with dieselengines, hydraulics, electrical and preventive
maintenance on heavy equipment. TheUnited States Marine Corps has taughtThomas a lot about equipment and alsoabout working as a team player to get the jobdone and respect for others, he said. Ohio Rental Awards Hy-TekJCB Knox County Contract
Hy-Tek JCB, the construction equipmentdivision of Hy-Tek Material Handling Inc.,has been awarded a contract from OhioRental, located in Knox County, Ohio. Hy-Tek JCB will supply Ohio Rental with JCBconstruction equipment including a 135 skidsteer, 260 skid steer, 150T compact trackloader, 225 T compact track loader, andvibromax roller. The deal was announced byHy-Tek JCB Vice President and GeneralManager Jason Milligan.
Ohio Rental will rent JCB constructionequipment to customers in its hometown ofMt. Vernon, Ohio, and within a 100-mi.-radius of Knox County. Ohio Rental is afamily-owned, independent, full-servicerental equipment company. In addition toJCB construction equipment, Ohio Rental’sinventory includes track hoes, plumbingequipment, lifts, lawn and garden equip-ment, party and event supplies and equip-ment, U-haul trucks, and Komatsu equip-ment among other types of rental equipment.
