OBLTSS Website
The Ohio Benefits Long-Term Services and Supports (OBLTSS) website is an information and referral R) & (I website. A public website is available for anyone’s use. It provides a way for individuals and professionals to search for service providers in any location across the state.
A vendor manages the website and underlying database. To ensure the most accurate listings possible, SEP agencies are asked to report information about any additions, deletions, or corrections to the provider database.

The home page is located at benefits.ohio.gov/ltss. From the home page, users can use the search category to find service providers, or look at the resources page to find other sites related to long-term services and supports.

Search for Services
To find service providers, type a keyword in the “Service Type” box and click the “Search” button. You can also enter a provider name if you know it, and add the location information to narrow down your search results.

The search results show in list view as a default. You can also select “map view” to see where providers are on a map. The search results can be printed from either view.

Provider profile
After selecting a provider from the list view or map view page, users are given address and contact information, a list of the provider’s services, and the provider’s location on a map.

Category Search
Users can also find providers by using the Category Search.
From the Search for Services page, hover over “Category Search” in the red banner, and then select “By Provider Service”.

Category search gives choices to target your search by provider types.
Click on a category to see a description of that service.
Enter a provider name and/or location to narrow your search results.

Selecting “Resources” from the home page provides users with a list of links to other helpful websites.

Information updates
The search function is supported by a service provider database that the website vendor maintains. In an effort to maintain accuracy of the database, providers and partner agencies can use the online portal to report additions, deletions, and corrections to the LTSS database.
On the right side of the search for services page, providers and partner agencies can use the “click here” link in the Providers box to report that information.
