Also note that the count presented is a head count not Full Time Equivalents (FTEs). Note the count presented is the number of individuals on the company payroll not the number of people on site. (The expanding use of temporary staffing companies and/or Third Party Contractors at large facilities makes full employment counts difficult to report from headquarters.) Generally, Government Head Counts for Federal, State, County, City, and/or School Districts are excluded to focus on the Private Sector. (Wright Patterson AFB is the exception which does its own summary report that includes a comprehensive count of Military, Non-Military, and Third-Party Contractors working on Base.)
