Scroll Compression Principle
Oil-Free Drain
High-precision processing technology is required to produce the components that make up a Scroll Compressor. We have developed new Scroll Air-Ends thanks to the experience and know-how we have accumulatedover the past 20 years.
As the orbiting scroll goes from No.1 to No.4 position, the size of the symmetrical crescent-shaped compression chambers is gradually reduced, compressingthe air contained within . This is then discharged through the central exhaust port.
Drainage from oil-lubricated compressors requires proper treatment as it contains oil. Oil-free scroll compressors, on the other hand, are eco-friendly, their drain is cleanand does not contain oil, therefore avoiding the cost of drain disposal.

Class Zero Certification
What is Class Zero?Air from oil-lubricated compressors contains oiland can contaminate the piping. This does not happenwith an Oil-Free Scroll Compressor which produceshigh-quality oil-free air.
TÜV (independent third party test house) has just certified that the air quality from our oil free scroll compressors is in conformity with “Class 0 (ISO8573-1:2010[-:-:0])“.
ISO8573-1(JIS B8392-1) defines quality classesfor compressed air. Class Zero indicates wall flow oil, oil mistand oil vapor are completely absent. As oil vapor in particular cannot be absorbed by conventional air filters, it is important factories that require clean air use Class Zero compressors.

Safety precautions
Compressor usage 1. Read the instruction manual before using the compressor. 2. These compressors are designed for air compression only and must never be used for any other type of gas. 3. Never use with respiratory equipment which directly intakes compressed air. This may cause serious injury. 4. Never direct the jet of air towards yourself, other persons or animals. 5. When using compressed air, be aware of and comply with all safety precautions to be adopted for the single application (inflating, using pneumatic tools, painting, washing, etc.).
Compressor Installation 1. The compressor must never be exposed to adverse weather conditions (rain, sun, snow, etc.). 2. Keep the compressor away from explosive and flammable (acetylene or propane, etc.) objects to prevent fire and explosion. 3. Make sure ambient temperature at the compressor’s chosen place of installation is always within the limits indicated in the instruction manual.
Maintenance 1. Perform maintenance on the compressor routinely as indicated in the instruction manual. 2. Drain the water in the receiver tank every day to prevent clogging of the drain cock. 3. Never clean the compressor with liquids or solvents. When cleaning, disconnect the compressor from the electricity supply by removing the plug and use a damp cloth only.
Others 1. Never alter or convert the compressor or its parts. Doing so may cause fire or malfunction. 2. Prepare a back-up compressor or other back-up system in case the compressor stops due to malfunction or activation of its protective devices.
*Safety precautions of the above are minimum requirements. Before use, follow safety precautions in the instruction manual and each municipality, county and corporation's regulations.
