Be enrolled in an accredited college or university on full -time basis. Seats are also reserved for non-students (Post Graduates/ Graduates) in Petroleum,
Mechanical or Chemical majors.
Prerequisite General mathematical ability and well acquainted with trigonometric calculations. Prior exposure to rig site will be an advantage.

Application Procedure Candidates interested to enrol the internship programs are required to download the Course Registration Form & Brochure from our website: www.drillingmentor.com Registration Form & Brochure can also be asked by email from [email protected]
1. Read the Brochure and Registration Form carefully.
2. Fill up the Registration Form as per guidance given in the registration form. Ink signature is not required in the registration form. Drag and fix your Passport photo (Scanned) and photo signature in required box (yellow box) to complete the registration form.
3. Multiple Enrolment Option (MEO): Student can enrol one or more (all) programs together. It is pos-sible to complete all of them simultaneously. In case you wish to register for more than one pro-gram, use separate Registration Form for each pro-gram.
4. Registration/ Program Fee: A sum of INR 14,900. 00 per program to be transferred through internet banking (NEFT/ IMPS/ RTGS) or Bank Deposit to the account of “Drilling Mentor Pvt Ltd.” vide Cur-rent A/c No. 006705005419, IFS CODE: ICI0000067, ICICI Bank, Ahmedabad. Bank Charg-es on transfer through bank deposit shall be born by applicant, shall be paid to Drilling Mentor at the time of internship.

5. Proof of Payment: Please take scan copy/ screen
Shot/ Snip cut/ pdf of fee transfer receipt as proof of payment.
6. Submit registration form through e-mail only:
Log in to your personal e-mail. (Please don’t use your college mail id to avoid bouncing of mail). Open Compose mail window.
E-mail subject :YOUR NAME, COLLEGE NAME, PROJECT TITLE NO. P1,P2 or P3(as chosen). Use CAPITAL letters only.
Now attach the following 4 attachments one by one with the mail. Absence of any attachment will make the application incomplete.
I. Filled up registration form (in Excel form only) II. Scan copy/ Screen shot/ Snip cut/ pdf of fee transfer
receipt. III. Scanned copy of Bonafide Student Certificate/
Marks-sheet of previous semester/ College I-Card (Any one)

7. Submit form and attachments by mail to: [email protected] on or before last date (30.04.2018) Registration of Seats Against Cancellation INR 1,5900.00 will be applicable for candidates applying for Registration of Seat Against Cancellation (i.e., after 30 April, 2018), condition to availability of seats. Confirmation of seat by Drilling Mentor Drilling Mentor will confirm your seat within a week sub-ject to correctness of the submitted application.
Incomplete/ Rejected Applications Incomplete application will stand rejected and no action shall be taken by Drilling Mentor. The candidate shall have to inquire about the delay if confirmation is not received within a week from the date of submission. As such, Drilling Mentor Pri-vate Limited reserves the right to alter or modify the ad-vertised instructor, topics or period if felt necessary. Drilling Mentor reserves the right to videotape, film, pho-tograph, and/or record course sessions and course par-ticipants in any media type and to alter or edit these images for use in its publications, including website en-tries without giving any payment to participants or with-out any permission of the participants, Drilling Mentor may use participant contact information (mail, email, telephone, or fax) for the following limited purposes: (i) to provide updated class information and other information related to professional development in the petroleum industry, (ii) to request help in evaluating Drilling Mentor courses and materials, and (iii) to provide information concerning future course offerings. The use of any recording device (audio or video) by participants during a Drilling Mentor program is strictly prohibited. The unauthorized use of a recording device during a Drilling Mentor course/ presentation shall be grounds to remove the participant and confiscate or de-stroy the related recording. No portion of any Drilling Mentor's course may be recorded digitally, on film, video tape, audio tape or other recording device, or be repro-duced photographically or by any sight or sound device without the explicit written permission of Drilling Mentor. All Drilling Mentor course presentations are the sole property of Drilling Mentor. We are the exclusive owner of the copyright of all course materials. Any dispute arisen during the pendency of the Internship shall be solved in the court of law within the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad District of Gujarat State.

Course Cancellation - Liability - Responsibility & Refund policy 1. Drilling Mentor reserves the right to cancel a
course if less than eight (8) participants have signed up four(4) weeks prior to the date of start of the course or can merge such student in other contemporary program on receiving due consent from the student.
2. Hundred percent (100%) course fee will be re-funded within one (1) weeks from the date of commencement of course, if course cancelled by Drilling Mentor.
3. Cancellation by buyer will be charged one hun-dred percent (100%) of the fee.
4. No refund is possible once the seat is confirmed.
5. Drilling Mentor Private Limited is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitu-tion, alteration or cancellation/ postponement of an event.
6. Drilling Mentor Private Limited shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this training course is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders perfor-mance of this training course impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortui-tous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emer-gency.
Joining the Internship Interns will have to follow the instruction given in con-firmation letter/ brochure, failing which candidature will be cancelled. Candidate will bring following items for joining the internship.

General Guidelines A. Project activities will run during working days as
per Government calendar.
B. The project syllabus shall be covered as per time plan.
C. The project can be completed in shorter duration if the majority of interns accept the time manage-ment. No shortcut shall be accepted by Drilling Mentor to cut short the project.
D. Daily time of joining & dismissal of session shall be watched from the clock of the Centre. Only an allowance of ±5 minute shall be considered for joining the session.
E. Group of registered applicants will be formed on first come first serve basis. No reshuffling shall be considered on request.
F. Choice of project topics is also irreversible once the seat is confirmed. Further no request for change of project topic shall be considered. Eligi-ble applicant can apply for one, more or all the three project topics together.
G. Registration fee shall be non-refundable once the seat is confirmed.
H. Seats are very limited. Please contact the Drilling Mentor Team at mobile number given for contact us before making payment or booking return ticket for internship.
I. Site visit shall be applicable as per nature of the project topic.
J. Interns, during the period of internship, will have maintain optimum discipline at the venue of intern-ship as per rule applicable for educational institu-tions and public place failing which his/her candi-dature shall be cancelled and will be expelled from the running session without any compensation.
K. Boarding/lodging: Drilling Mentor does not operate any Paying Guest (PG)/ Guest House/Hostel or other accommodation, however it can arrange PG on request. Interns willing to hire PG with or with-out food are required fill up option for Paying Guest in registration form only.
L. Separate Boys’ & Girls PG accommodations are available at nearby locations at reasonable rate subject to booking them in advance.
HSE, Security & Drug Abuse Un-dertaking
HSE, Security & Drug Abuse Undertaking is included in the registration form. As per wordings:
“Meals & lodging, any kind of insurance/ expense or compensation with respect to the internship, life, health, safety, security, environment, violation of smoking & drug abuse and law & order of the place of the internship are all at own risk and responsibility of the applicant and for the same Drilling Mentor Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible”.
