Energy II, L.L.C.'s Ex Parte Motion for Service by Publication (the "Motion") filed on
June 15,2017, for good cause showing, the Board orders as follows:
1. The Motion is GRANTED.
2. The proposed Notice attached to the Motion as Exhibit "A" shall be
published by Axia as soon as practicable for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Uintah
Basin Standard.
3. Objections or responses to Axia's Request for Agency Action in this Cause
shall be filed with the Secretary of the Board and served on Axia's counsel no later than
July 10, 2017. A late objection or response may only be allowed by the Board upon good
cause shown.
For all purposes, the Chairman's signature on a faxed copy of this Order shall be
deemed the equivalent of a signed original.
