Managing Director - Michael KingscoteOn completion of a full military career during which he commanded a UK Special Forces Regiment, Michael founded Outposts Ltd in 1997. He is an Accredited Practitioner of The Institute of Outdoor Learning, Honorary Colonel (RMTC) and the Clerk of the Cheque & Adjutant to Her Majesty's Bodyguard to the Yeoman of The Guard.

Lead Training Facilitator - Chris RayChris has had extensive experience in training and leadership development. He started out in the Marines, recruiting and training commandos. He moved into training consultancy, specialising in team and leadership development and is now owner of Success Creation that works in the education industry, Owner of Vision and Performance specialising in sports coaching, Performance Director of the Young Racing Driver’s Academy with 14 drivers and Director of The Business of Sport specialising in sports management.
