The aim of the game is to get as much troops, territory and money within a set time limit.

Omerta – How to begin

Firstly a Mayor (similar to that of a banker in monopoly) must be elected. The Mayor is in charge of distributing properties, cash and gang-members.

Each gang starts in their hometown and is given 5 gang-members and $1,000 to begin the game.

Money can buy properties or more gang-members.

Gangs can attack and take over other gangs territories with the use of dice (similar to risk) or can choose buy them out.
