COMPANY PROFILE NATURELA LTD is established in 1994 by team with a long experience in design and production of electronic equipment. From the very beginning the company is giving priority to developing its R&D capacity. Thanks to this team of highly qualified professionals Naturela designed a wide range of new and innovative systems and devices. We successfully implemented high complexity and large scale projects for major Bulgarian companies. All our range of products is developed by our designers with our own hardware and software solutions. Most of the production is outsourced to subcontractors having appropriate production equipment and facilities. Hence Naturela can implement both small and large volume orders. The supply of components and materials as well as the output quality control is executed completely by Naturela. In the last few years the company is developing as ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) offering its new products and solutions to major manufacturers. For instance, we develop and produce telecommunication hardware and software for SysMaster. Our staff is specialized in development and maintenance of hardware and software solutions in fields like communications, process control, green energy production, public utilities control systems, etc. KEY CLIENTS: • BTC (Bulgarian Telecommunication Company) (www.btc.bg ) with its new brand name VIVACOM is the largest telecommunication operator in Bulgaria and the first large customer of Naturela. Since 1994 we have successfully developed many important for BTC devices and systems. For example, our system RITA-V2 takes a leading place amongst such type of systems. Since the beginning of 2008 this system operates in over 520 telephone exchanges on the territory of Bulgaria covering over 700 thousand subscribers. • SysMaster (www.sysmaster.com ) - Naturela carries on successful cooperation with SysMaster in design and production of hardware and software systems and devices, important part of their products. • EldomInvest (www.eldominvest.com ) is the biggest independent manufacturer of water heaters in Central and South-Eastern Europe. We developed a new line of digital electronic controllers for electric and combined water heaters of high class. All these products are successfully used in many of the water heaters, manufactured by EldomInvest. • SolarPro (www.solarpro.bg ) is the largest manufacturer of thin film PV modules and one of the largest integrators of photovoltaic power plants in Bulgaria. We have developed several useful and necessary systems, designed for monitoring and diagnostics of the PV modules and DC installation in PV power plants. So far SolarPro utilize our monitoring systems in PV power plants with total capacity of 12 MWp. • Filkab (www.filkab.com ) is the largest integrator of photovoltaic power plants in Bulgaria. Up to now they have installed our monitoring system in PV power plants with total capacity of 2.50 MWp.
