sports bottles made from

Green Plastic produced

with raw material of a 100

renewable origin Another

50000 bags of the same

material will be supplied for

the conference together

with 600 containers all made

the planting of 7500 native

tree seedlings in degraded

the Camaccedilari Industrial

Promotion Committee

dos Coqueiros Ecological

Corridor Institute (INCECC)

raise the local populationrsquos

emphasizing the role of the

entrepreneurial culture as the

permanent base for alignment

between its Members He

also shared the milestones of

Odebrechtrsquos history from its

foundation to present day

to ask questions and share

their own stories about the

arrival process of Foz do Brasil

which assumed control of the

company in January of this year

Moatize The Health team represented by the

occupational physicians Dr Ramiro Manjante and

Dr Alexandre Kala promoted a dialogue on the

transmission methods recognition of symptoms

prevention and treatment of malaria A theater

presentation reinforced the importance of

seeking out a medical service as soon as the

symptoms of the disease appear The students

were encouraged to demonstrate the knowledge

they acquired by taking a ldquopop quizrdquo on the

disease and also took part in a dance contest

campaign against malaria promoted by

the projectrsquos Health team The activities

included the distribution of folders and kits

with mosquito repellent and netting Some

250 Members received the kits during the

first week of the campaign which was held

from May 14 to June 1 ldquoOver 24000 people

contracted malaria in the Province of Moatize

during the year 2011rdquo said Hortecircncio Carlos

preventive behavior and use mosquito

repellent and netting to prevent the

proliferation of the diseaserdquo he said

In celebration of Motherrsquos Day the Social

Service team at PROSUB-EBN ndash the development

in which Odebrecht Infraestrutura participates

ndash promoted lectures on eating habits health and

beauty together with a breakfast for the some

250 mothers who work on the project

The event included the participation of Ana

Beatriz Duarte responsible for Meals who

spoke about a healthy diet Dr Silvana Castilho

responsible for the Medicine sector spoke

about breast cancer STDs and uterine cancer

and answered participantsrsquo questions To finalize

the event the makeup artist for the company

Natura Anderson Vieira taught some make-

up techniques emphasized the importance

of reserving some time for personal care and

handed out free gifts

All of the mothers received beauty kits At the

end of each lecture there was also a drawing of

kits for the participants

For Andreacutea Silva Ferreira mother of five

children the lecture on health was the most

interesting ldquoShe explained about how women

should care for themselves at all different ages

and it was really fun to present serious topics in

an easy way so that everyone could understandrdquo

April 13 14 27 and 28 The target public of

the event which was held in the Maranhatildeo

city of Accedilailacircndia were the leaders from the

production quality and equipment area

The main objective was to facilitate the

assimilation of the Odebrecht Entrepreneurial

Technology (TEO) and its fundamental points

with a special emphasis on satisfying and

winning over the Client through the Spirit of

Serving The event also promoted the alignment

between the construction sites and reflection to

generate job opportunities based on the specific

difficulties found in the project

The program was developed to support

Members when dealing with certain specific

characteristics of the business such as a new

United States through a consortium agreement

construction project achieved the ldquoStart Statusrdquo

ndash considered the highest level of recognition

granted by OSHA Until then only two projects

had received this classification in the state of

Florida one of which was MIA Mover completed

by Odebrecht United States in September 2011

VPP recognizes companies from the

private sector and federal agencies that have

voluntarily installed effective safety and

health management systems maintaining

the injury and disease rates below average for

their respective sectors The safety program

undertaken at the AirportLink projects is

and had completed until then 983 days and a

The Angola New Supermarket Chain

In all 10 stores are currently operating in

the capital of Luanda It is estimated that

by September all 29 units of the chain will
