RE: Approval of Official Tour Coordinator 100th International Lions Clubs Convention Chicago, Illinois, USA

Dear Convention Division:

I hereby authorize SHAAN WORLD TRAVELS, NEW DELHI to coordinate the registration and housing for the Lions of Multiple/Single District MD-321.

We understand that Lions Clubs International will work directly with the Agency to register Lions for the convention and to secure accommodations. It is also understood that all convention confirmations will be mailed directly to the Agency and not to individual Lions. The Agency will be responsible for communicating all information directly to the Lions.

In accordance with Lions Clubs International policy, our district and the Agency have agreed to abide by the policy as stated in the Tour Coordinator Information and Time Schedule.

Our district understands that Lions are not required to use the services of the approved Agency representing the district. Lions can submit their housing and registration requests directly to Lions Clubs International on an individual basis. Furthermore, we are aware that all requests for registration and housing are honored on a first-come, first-served basis with proper payment and forms.
