1.Strengthen by power through Holy Spirit in the inner man.

2.Christ will dwell in them by faith. 3.The power of God’s love to work in them, rooted and grounded.

4.They can know the fullness of God..

5.Then can know the power of God working in them.

1.Godhead relationship, Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

2.The whole family comprises of those in heaven now and on earth now, the word used is patria, meaning part of the family of God.

The first request is in verse 16 and it is for strength, power within.

The reason is so when we face trials, temptations, suffering, grief and death, problems and difficult circumstances we will not look outwardly at these but inwardly for the strength (krataiothenai) to cope and power (dumamei) to overcome which is a force, energy,

So in other words, when you put the strength and power together you get toughness with a force.

It is achieved by allowing the Holy Spirit to do the work
