GENERAL NOTES
Situation Willows Farm lies only approximately 3 ¼ miles from the main A50 at Hilton and has good road access via both the A50 and M1. From the centre of Derby pick up the A38 travel south towards Burton on Trent take the first exit onto the A516 signed for Etwall and continue for approximately 3 miles on this road travelling over the first main roundabout. After ¾ mile turn right into Ash Lane signed for Sutton on the Hill and continue for approximately 2 ¼ miles with the church lying back on the left (do not take the lane to the church). After the large right hand sweeping bend travel past Common Piece Lane on the left with the farm lying first on the right after 400 yards. From the A50 and Hilton (between Toyota/A38 Sudbury) leave the main dual carriageway and pick up the A516 signposted towards Etwall. Travel 1 mile and turn left into Ash Lane signed for Sutton on the Hill. Continue up the lane and follow the details above.

Export Purchasers – All goods must be paid for in pounds sterling (£).
VAT on Export Goods – Under regulations imposed by HM Customs & Excise, the auctioneers must account in a proper manner for VAT on export goods. Therefore, any customers who have no trading pattern record with the auctioneers must pay all VAT on the purchase price of goods on sale day. On receipt of all relevant export documentation and bills of laden (which must be received in the prescribed time limits), the auctioneers will then refund relevant VAT sums.
Buyers Premium – No buyers premium will be payable at this sale.
Telehandler Loading Facilities – Telehandler loading facilities will be available on site up until approximately 5.00pm on sale day.
Machine Hours – Machine hours have been taken as at Thursday 1st March 2018. These are given for information purposes only and are not guaranteed by the Auctioneers. Loading It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange for the safe loading & transport of all and any purchases. Bagshaws are under no obligation to provide assistance in loading but on occasion they will do their best to help provided that it is not putting themselves, the purchaser or other people at risk of injury. For large, heavy and unwieldy items, specialist loading and transportation will be required for example bulk bins and tanks. The decision made by Bagshaws will be final.

FOREWORD
This genuine dispersal sale arises as a result of the sale of Willows Farm with the Durose Family having been on the holding since 1921. The farm was originally a dairy holding and has in recent years had beef cattle. There is a large array of collectables together with the Fordson and Ford tractors and purchasers should attend and bid at the many and varied lots at this genuine auction. In addition, perusal of the rear of the catalogue will reveal a genuine dispersal from an Ashbourne vendor with a Kubota 4WD loader tractor which has undertaken less than 250 hours.
