DIRECTIONS TO THE SALE
Harbury is situated approx. 6 miles south east of Leamington Spa and approx. 16 miles south west of Rugby. If travelling south on the Fosse Way, at the roundabout signposted Southam and Ufton, continue for approx. 2 miles before turning left at the crossroads signposted Harbury. Continue on Chesterton Road for approx. 1½ miles and Whitegates Farm can be found on your right-hand side. The Postcode for the farm is CV33 9NH. To the sale signs will be erected on the morning of the sale.
SALE ORDER
The sale will commence at 10.30am with the household items moving onto the agricultural requisites and workshop items. The sale will then continue with the farm machinery and equipment, motor vehicle and finishing on the tractors.
VAT
VAT at the current standard rate is payable on each and every lot in addition to the hammer price, unless otherwise stated at the time of the auction.

Light hot and cold refreshments will be available during the sale.
SECURITY AND LOADING OF LOTS
The Auctioneers will not be responsible for the security of items left after 5.00pm on the sale day. In order to assist buyers a loading vehicle will be available to help with loading until 6.00pm on the sale day. Please note that the Auctioneers reserve the right to withhold purchases until cheques are cleared.
REMOVAL OF LOTS
All lots must be removed by no later than Monday 12th February 2018.

Additional lots from outside vendors will be accepted into the sale.

SALE NOTES
The sale is on the instructions from the Executors of Mr John Wright Deceased.
John and Eva Wright took the tenancy of Whitegates Farm, an all grass farm, in 1964; running a successful commercial herd of British Friesian cows until 2002. They then began rearing black Hereford heifers, which were sold as strong stores.
The farm, stock and machinery have all been looked after to an extremely high standard.
