The term “severe forms of t ra fficking in persons” means:
(A) sex t ra fficking in which a commercia l sex act is induced by force, fraud, or coercion , or in which the person induced to per form such act has not a t ta ined 18 years of age; or
(B) the recru itment , harbor ing, t ranspor ta t ion , provision , or obta in ing of a person for labor or services, th rough the use of force, fraud, or coercion for the purpose of subject ion to involuntary servitude, peonage, debt bondage, or slavery.
