Since 1984

The current TECHLAB SYSTEMS, S.L. is a Company owned bySpanish and American shareholders and it is the result of a successfulmerger process.

In October 2015 METROTEC, S.A. and its subsidiary CompanyTECHLAB SYSTEMS, S.L. agreed to a merger process.

The shareholders of both Companies approved the merger ofTECHLAB SYSTEMS, S.L. as the surviving Company and METROTEC,S.A. as the absorbed Company.

After the merger TECHLAB SYSTEMS, S.L. became a Company withtwo business units and two brands.
