Build Update
Block One, View of External Facade
Block One, Roof Covering to Roof Terrace Area
Block 1 roof structure has now been completed and the smoke ventilation system installed at roof level. The coverings to the roof terrace are being installed along with parapet detailing.
Block OneAll external windows have now been installed.
Cladding brackets have been installed to all external faces, which has permitted the gradual removal of
scaffold and preparation of external hard-standings. Where scaffold has been removed the installation of
cladding panels has commenced.

Externally the elevated parking area steelwork has been installed and the pre-cast planks installed, awaiting final surfacing in the future. Facing brickwork has been applied to the existing retaining wall that runs between Block One and Block Two.Building Control and Build Warranty visits/reports are ongoing. Further visits will be required at key stages of the construction.

Design/Construction InformationK&T are to issue a Planning Matrix and Confirm which consents have been discharged/remain outstanding.
Design Team Meetings are ongoing with Contractor, Architect and Structural Engineer.
Commercial/ContractualContract Documents executed and issued to both parties. Valuation No.16 from K&T received and processed.
Both Internal and External Blockwork Walls and Floors have been completed
up to second floor level. Blockwork walls have commenced to third floor level, with
an anticipation that the thirdfloor-planks will be installed by the end of
March.
Floor screeding has been completed to the ground floor and some external
drainage and ductwork has been completed.
Detailed Design of the Block is well underway with both architectural and
structural engineering drawings being issued and developed.
