COMMISSION ON JUDICIAL DISCIPLINE
This is an “open letter” currently on the Internet with links
attached.
I have posted a website titled, “ONE MAN’S FIGHT AGAINST
CORRUPTION.” This expanding website, currently at 275 pages,
was first posted several years ago.
An “open letter” has also been submitted to the Nevada lawyers,
Clark County Judges and Justices of the Nevada Supreme Court

listed in this Episode. (Episode 14)
I have stated in several court documents and in articles that I have
written that government in Nevada reeks of corruption and that
includes Clark County. (Las Vegas)

I received the following letter from your office two weeks before I
filed an APPEAL OF THE DENIAL OF MY MOTION TO
DISQUALIFY/RECUSE JUDGE JOANNA S KISHNER.

This ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL clearly indicates that a
DENIAL OF A MOTION TO DISQUALIFY A JUDGE in the State
of Nevada is not appealable!
On July 31, 2014 I filed a SECOND MOTION TO DISQUALIFY
JUDGE JOANNA S KISHNER.
Joanna S Kishner responded six days later with an AFFIDAVIT.
Five days after the filing of the Affidavit, Justices Hardesty, Douglas
and Cherry signed and ORDER DISMISSING APPEALS

The fact that this ORDER DISMISSING APPEALS was filed six
days after Judge Joanna S Kishner filed her RESPONSE to my
MOTION TO DISQUALIFY her completely challenges any notions
of coincidence.
Justices Hardesty, Douglas and Cherry were clearly working in
concert with presiding judge Jennifer P Togliatti and judge Joanna
S. Kishner.

A 7 pound white package was sent to me from the Nevada Supreme
Court, containing the APPEAL STATEMENTS, exhibits etc., on the
same date that the ORDER DISMISSING APPEALS was signed.
The wording in this “ORDER DISMISSING APPEALS” is designed
to create the illusion that the “CIVIL PROPER PERSON APPEAL
STATEMENTS” with “SWORN AFFIDAVITS AND
SUPPORTING EXHIBITS” including video discs of hearings
presided by Judge Joanna S. Kishner had never existed!
The Following are excerpts from three “open letters” sent to
Assemblyman Elliot T Anderson, dated October 27, 2014, December
28, 2014 and August 10, 2015.

Nevada Assemblyman Elliot T Anderson refused my

Nevada Assemblyman Elliot T. Anderson did not respond to the
second “open letter” linked to “Episode 12” of my website regarding
corruption in OSHA of Nevada and Workmen’s Compensation of
Nevada to include the Nevada Department of Administration and
Judge Michael P Villani!

This is now the third “open letter” sent to my representative in the
Nevada Legislature that has been “ignored!”

Nevada Assemblyman Elliot T Anderson responded to my first
letter by stating “was deleted without being read.”
The point that I am making is that government in Nevada, to
include all branches at all levels, ranks among the most corrupt in
all 50 states!
It is my understanding that the “COMMISSION ON JUDICIAL
DISCIPLINE” is receiving upwards of 250+ complaints per year.
It is my contention that every one of the legitimate complaints that
are submitted to you are a potential and in futility.
Any unlikely course of action that your Commission takes against a
sitting Judge in the State of Nevada will be overturned by the
Nevada Supreme Court!
The complete and totally unresponsive non-action of Assemblyman
Elliot T. Anderson, who I voted for, is representative of any
“disciplinary action” the Nevada Legislature might take against a
sitting judge!
The fact remains that Nevada government as a whole has its own
agenda and that agenda has never been in the best interests of the
hard-working, law-abiding and taxpaying citizens of the State of
Nevada.
It is my contention from my own personal experience that the
Judges and Justices named in “Episode 14” of “ONE MAN’S
FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION” are by definition corrupt
individuals!
I am a 70-year-old Combat Veteran of the Vietnam War with a 70%
service-connected disability.
Let’s be honest, any complaints that I might submit to
your Commission would be an exercise in futility!
