• Be Unrealistic: Your “Big
Picture” Goals Should Push
You Out Of Your Comfort
Zone - Make the Impossible
Possible.

“The reasonable man adapts himself to the world:
the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the
world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on
the unreasonable man.”

• Think of your “Big Picture” Goal as a
Jigsaw Puzzle…
• It can’t exist without its pieces…
• To create the picture, we need to put
the pieces together one at a time.
• Some Pieces Look More Important
than Others… But you need them all.
• When you achieve your “Big Picture”
Goal… it too then becomes a small
piece of yet another jigsaw.

• Think of your company or your vision
as a giant flywheel.
• To get it moving from stand-still is
the hardest part.
• Once you’ve completed a few
rotations it gets easier.
• You’ll reach a point where the
momentum of the wheel turns itself.
• Momentum is the key word! People
thrive on momentum and successes,

have it somewhere you can see it

• To motivate you to achieve your

achieve it public with a deadline -
