“Change will not come if we wait for some other

person or some other time. We are the ones we've

been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.”

• Be Unrealistic: Your “Big

“The reasonable man adapts himself to the world:

the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the

world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on

the unreasonable man.”

B A B Y S T E P S

• Think of your “Big Picture” Goal as a

Jigsaw Puzzle…

• It can’t exist without its pieces…

• To create the picture, we need to put

the pieces together one at a time.

• Some Pieces Look More Important

than Others… But you need them all.

• When you achieve your “Big Picture”

Goal… it too then becomes a small

piece of yet another jigsaw.

• Very few people succeed

without the help of others

• Think of yourself as a bus

driver and your end goal is

your destination

• Before you begin your

journey make sure you have

the right people on your bus

• Think of your company or your vision

as a giant flywheel.

• To get it moving from stand-still is

the hardest part.

• Once you’ve completed a few

rotations it gets easier.

• You’ll reach a point where the

momentum of the wheel turns itself.

• Momentum is the key word! People

thrive on momentum and successes,

no matter how small.

• ALWAYS write down your goal and

have it somewhere you can see it

every day

• If you are a visual learner, make

your goal/achievement a visual

representation

• To motivate you to achieve your

end goal - make your dedication to

achieve it public with a deadline -

the social obligation might help stop

you giving up
