Online Ads Overall Goal

To have you own landing page like FB page or Artotoy Page

Creating Keywords

1. Login/signup at artotoy.com/afflogin

2. Click Your Links & Ads, click Generate Keywords

3. Enter 2-3 words regarding your project or the project name

4. Select the common words and make it as your FB Page name, Sulit Ads title and your Artotoy Ads title ex. Capri Oasis in Pasig Filinvest

5. Login to facebook.com

6. Go to PAGES, and click MORE, click Create a Page

7. Select Local Business or Place

8. Select Real Estate, use FB Page Name from step #4 ,and fill up the rest of the form.

9. then, click Get Started

10. Upload primary photo form your computer, then click Next

11. Get some details from Developer's website regarding the project, paste it then click Save Info.

12. Click Add a Cover, upload picture from your computer

Congrats! You now have a FB Page.

13. Invite your friends to LIKE your page

15. Download the excel computation template here:www.artotoy.com/calculator

16. Open the excel calculator and modify it according to the payment scheme of the project. Create 3 computations: - if condominium: Studio, 1BR and 2BR- if House&Lot: 3 Models Houses. Ex. Sofia, Beatrice, Julia House model

17. When finish modifying it, screen capture all the computation by pressing PrintScreen on your keyboard and save it to your PC. Or using PrintKey, download it here: www.artotoy.com/printkey

18. Go to back to your FB Page, then click Photos

19. Click +Add Photos

20. Then upload all project related photos, on your PC. Also, upload the Computation Pictures that we created previously. You may categorized the pictures by creating several albums.

21. Login to artotoy.com/login22. Then, click Post a Classified

23. Select a Category. Fill up the Title (use the Title we composed previously), Location, Tags (copy the keywords we have previously generated), Upload an Image, Select it as Featured Listing then click Preview

24. Then, click Looks Good, Let's Continue

25. Go to artotoy.com/get-post-ads , enter your Affiliate ID, then click Load - re-enter this again, if it doesn't load on the first try

26. Select the project you just created on Post a Classified. This will automatically loads the saved details on this project. If its your first time to edit the project details, it will load blank fields.

In this part, we will one-by-one fill the fields with details...27. Enter the Title that we have previously composed.

28. Go to developer's website and copy some details and paste it as Introduction (1 or 2 sentence is enough)

29. Copy some more details and paste it on Full Details

30. Enter some interesting hypes or “catchy” lines that will get the attention of your prospects

31. Go back to photos of your facebook page and then right-click on the picture to copy the image URL of each picture and paste it here as Cover Pictures. You may paste multiple image URLs, you just need to add “,” (comma) each after an image URL.

Note. For Cover Photos, maximum of 9 image URLs is preferable

32. For Other Pictures, Location Pictures and More Pictures, multiple image URLs can also be placed.

33. For Computation 1, 2 and 3, you can also copy and paste the image URL of the sample computation picture we have uploaded in facebook page.

34. Enter the Seller's information for the following fields.

35. For Keywords, copy the keywords we have generated previously

36. For Yahoo! Ping Box, you may get the code at http://ph.messenger.yahoo.com/pingbox/ so that your prospects can anytime chat with whenever you are online with your YM.

37. Click Save, then wait for the confirmation, “Successfully Saved!”

38. To view your post, click you ads under Featured Classified.
