How to submit a booking using a previous booking.
Login on Hapag website:
https://www.hapag-lloyd.com/en/home.html,
click on ONLINE BUSINESS > BOOKING >
LIST OF REQUESTS.
Can be searched by Booking Number,
by typing the number on the specific field
and hit FIND.
Or scroll down the page and search from the
list available from previous bookings already
submitted.
Submit your copied booking
with only two clicks!

Important to mention: If the previous booking was
manually done, it will not show on LIST OF REQUESTS
tab.
( SLIDE 5 shows how to find a manual booking! )
After selecting from the list the booking to be copied,
select COPY BOOKING at the bottom of the page or “right
click” on top of the selection and select COPY BOOKING.

After clicking COPY BOOKING it will transfer to
REVIEW & COMPLETE tab of the booking as shown
at below screen shot. At the end of the page click
SUBMIT BOOKING !
The three pictures shown here are all
included on the same web booking tab
(Review & Complete tab).
Two clicks = COPY BOOKING + SUBMIT BOOKING

manually done, instead of clicking
on BOOKING, select SHIPMENTS!

How to submit a booking revision / update
ONLINE BUSINESS / BOOKING and LIST OF REQUESTS.
Find your shipment that needs to be updated, select it and click UPDATE BOOKING !

On the next page, click EDIT
button on the section you will
submit an update.
As an example, it was selected to
update the vessel, therefore click
EDIT SCHEDULE !
After revision is done, click NEXT
up to the REVIEW & COMPLETE
tab and click SUBMIT BOOKING
at the bottom of the page!
