Opinion research carried out after the start of operation had shown, that 5% of riders formerly used to use a car.

EXPERIENCE WITH PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
- not to overact and overestimate - public is in general not interested
in changes - sometimes the changes are not
possible, public can consider it as the fail
- people are not willing to discuss the changes until they occur.
