• Official transcripts from all universities• Statement of purpose• Current curriculum vitae or resume.• Copy of initial NBCOT certification• Copy of current OT license• 3 letters of reference • $55 application fee

Do I Need A Super Computer?General System Requirements:• Mac or PC, desktop or laptop• Newest version of Adobe Flash Player• Web Browser - Internet Explorer is

NOT supported in Canvas applications.  Use Google Chrome (recommended) or Firefox for PC – Firefox or Safari for Mac

mbps (DSL or Cable)• RAM: 128MB or more• Video Card: at least 64MB of video
