* Basically it is Client and Server Base System it is including end user or client (Examiner) and administrator.

• In the System we have include all the facility.

• This website takes care of all the aspects of collect the information of client or examiner & fulfills the result.

• To allow faculty to create questions.

• Questions can have multiple options or can be text answers.

• This system helps the operator the administrator and the user to use the system.

Description

* Online Exams are Exams which are conducted on PC. Some need an Internet Connection where for Some Exams you need to be in a Centre where there are 100s of Computers.

* In India , Some Tests link BITSAT, and CAT is also going Online.

* Apart from these some IT Companies also conduct Online Recruitment Tests (On The net)

Problem of current system

• Students should take the exam only once.• .net support only server side scripting Security.• Random generation of test question timed exams.

• PROBLEM AREAS AND NEED FOR NEW SYSTEM:

• In Today’s World computers have found their way to every nook and corner of our life. Computers have made their presence in each and every field.

• The system will be web based, the user can interact online.

• As our system will be computerized, there will be no paper work.

• Time consuming will be less.• So it will be easy for user.

• Develop a system which allows the faculty to create, modify and store questions which can be grouped together to form sections and these sections can be grouped together to form tests/examinations

• Section and Questions are configurable • Allow Students to write the test when ever they want.• Build test automatically based on the professor’s

preferences.

AFTER SOLUTION

This system provides following features :-

• The System can be enhanced to support other QA types like fill in the blanks, true/false, match the columns etc.• The System can be enhanced by deploying it to the World Wide Web, so users can use System from distant places.• The Current System can take only one active test at a time, the System can be modified so as to support multi-active tests at one time from the server.• There is proposition for adding an extra functionality for checking the Subjective answers to with this system.

* User Login : This module contains the login of end users. Users have to enter username and password for login to website. If user is new then he has to fill up the form, which contains all user details. If current user login than he will be able to access the website.

INSTRUCTION:

* Candidate is given a limited time to answer the questions and after the time expiry the answer paper is disabled  automatically and answers is sent to the examiner.

* The examiner will evaluate answers, either through automated process or manually and the results will be sent to the candidate through email or made available in the web site.
