Who can make a CPA online exam entry and what is an applicant?
CPA Candidates may be entered for an exam by a Country Chapter, Regional
Partner, Official Learning Provider or Approved Examination Center of student’s
nearest location
The students who enrolled directly with The Association may enter themselves
for an exam
Anyone who makes an CPA online exam entry becomes an applicant and re-
ceives a unique applicant number
I have never entered with CPA online exam before
To make exam entries online you will need to fill in our registration form by 17:00 on
the day before the closing date assigned to you in your case and mentioned in your
initial Assessment or Evaluation Fact Sheet. We will email your applicant number
within one working day.
To enter by post or email, download an entry form and send duly filled form to your
country chapter or email as scanned copy at: [email protected]
Which exams can I enter for online?
You can enter online for all non-exempted subjects of CPA Professional Route.
The online form cannot be used for PAC, PPA or other Diploma courses, for which
the appropriate paper form must be completed. You can appear for maximum of
CPA’s two levels or eight subjects in one exam entry. You are allowed to send two
multiple entries in one study year.
How do I get an applicant number?
To make exam entries online you will need to fill in our registration form by 17:00 on
the day before the closing date assigned to you in your case and mentioned in your
initial Assessment or Evaluation Fact Sheet. We will email your applicant number
within one working day.
To enter by post or email, download an entry form and send duly filled form to your
country chapter or email as scanned copy at: [email protected] . We will set up an
applicant number for you upon receipt of your entry.
I already have an applicant number but can't remember it
Please contact us and we will send your applicant number to the email address you
have registered.
How do I get a password?
Please fill in our retrieve password form and we will email your password to the
email address you have registered with us.
I have not received my password by email within specified time period
Please contact us so that we can check the email address we have registered. It may
be that the security settings on your computer are blocking our system-generated
email.
I have forgotten my password
Please fill in our retrieve password form and we will email your password to the
email address you have registered with us.
When will my exam appointments be displayed online?
In individual case, we display a timetable each session on the view entries and ap-
pointments screen of when we hope to confirm appointments.
In case the students were enrolled via Regional Partner, Official Learning Provider or
Examination Center, if you have received appointments for some candidates but not
all we will send further emails when the rest of your candidates' appointments are
available.

If you are at all worried and the exam session is about to start please contact us.
We will email you when the appointments have been released for you (in individual
enrolment) or your candidates (enrolment via approved examination center or re-
gional partner or official learning provider). If you have more than one application
we will email when each appointment becomes available. We will also email if ap-
pointments are amended for any reason.
To avoid any disappointment please make sure that students understand that in few
cases we may not be able to give exam appointments in their preferred week.
My results are not displayed online
We display a timetable each session on the view results screen of when we hope to
confirm results. We will also send you an email when your results are available. Final
results are usually released within two and four weeks and term results should be
displayed four weeks after the exam date and posted within six weeks.
My credit/debit card has been declined
If your card is declined but you are sure that you have sufficient funds to cover the
exam fees please save your entry and resubmit later.
We are never given details of why a payment has been declined and it can some-
times be due to system connections beyond our control.
If you continue to have problems, please try again with a different card or contact us
for payment through online transfer, demand draft or cheque.
I keep getting the error message '80040e14' on the online sign-in page
Please type in your applicant number again as this message means that there is an
unnecessary space in the number itself.
I keep getting the message 'exceeded maximum amount of inactivity time'
This is caused by the security settings in your browser. Please select Tools, Internet
Options, Security, Trusted Site and key https://www.CPApro.eu into the box provid-
ed. You should now be able to use our form.

Steps to become a CPA:
1. Email us your latest CV for assessment by our independent evaluators
2. We will inform you the best study-path for you to join us such as under: —> CPA Old Scheme, or —> CPA New Curriculum
3. Download the AE-III form
4. Fill the AE-III form and return it to us along-with required fee deposit receipt
5. Choose the study route and timeframe as per the set criteria
6. Pay the study-route related fees online, via country chapter or regional partner’s official bank account
7. Get exam schedule and prepare for it constructively
8. Appear for exam under either system: —> Online Examination System —> Traditional Examination System
9. Become Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
1. You can make entries during the 2 weeks before a main session closing date and
up to 1 week before a Special sitting.
2. The save option enables you to complete all your entries over a longer period of
time as you decide which of candidate is taking exams. Don't forget to submit
before the closing date! Remember that multiple entries may not be timetabled
consecutively.
3. You need to have your credit/debit card details ready when making your entry.
Confirmation that we have received your entry will be sent to you by email
within one working day. This is not a receipt of payment as the banking system
can take a couple of days.
4. For a short time after the entry closing date you can amend names, ages, gen-
der and reference/registration numbers on your submitted entry.
