• The System deals with ordering, Processing and Delivering Food Products.

• Ordering is done by a Valid Customer with appropriate identity.

• The Administration Receives Order, Acknowledges the Customer, Process them and Assures Correct Delivery.

• Currently It is done by Arriving To the Restaurant or Through Telephone. ( By Customer)

• Intimation about the Availability Of Ordered Items To the Customer. (By Administrator)

• Processing The Order and Handling it To

the Customer.

• Unusual Disturbance Through Fake Ordering (Through Telephones)

• Instantaneous Online Food Order Process System.

• Deals With Registering Of Food Products, Price List and Availability. Allows Frequent Updating.

• Allows Valid Customer To Book His/Her Order and make them Delivered.

• Maintains Record Of Received Orders, Processed Orders and Delivery Status.

Software Requirements : An Operating System (Windows 2000 or Higher).

A Java Based Platform.

Front End To Be Done Through HTML and JSP.

Back End To Be Carried Out Through Ms-Access.

A Web Server (Tomcat)

Different Modules

• The Process is carried out in Five Modules :

1. Login and Security.

2. Product and Pricelist Administration.

3. Receive Orders.

4. Order Processing.

5. Reports.

• Login And Security : The Administration and Customer are provided with separate

User Id’s and passwords.

Only the Valid Administration and Customer are allowed to

access the System based on Access rights provided to them.

• Product And Pricelist Administration : In this module the administrator is facilitated to Showcase the

Food Products available and their Price list.

This Module helps in making Frequent updations based on Availability and Offer’s provided.

• Receive Orders :

This Module consists of the list of Orders that are not Processed and are just received.

The administrator updates this module frequently.

• Order Processing :

Order Processing includes going through the order, checking for the availability of products and delivering them.

Here, it also includes providing intimation to the Customer about the received order and the availability of Products.

• Reports :

This module is responsible for keeping a track record of the Received Orders, Processed Orders and Delivery status etc.

This is important to avoid Confusion to the administrator.
