as if it were a FILE

CABINET.

The List view is one of 3 ways to look at your Consults. There is also an Archive and a Visit view. The gray bars group 3 types of consults: -Incoming Consults are opinions being sought -Consults Pending are opinions you are waiting for. -Everything Else The most recent is at the top.

This invite enables a two-way communication between the invitee and the medical provider for a particular visit. The invitee can then add a picture, add a comment, and view subsequent responses.

A patient or family member may request an Invite Patient. After the secret password has been shared by phone or in person, the patient receives a link by email.

Page 20: Online Help Guide PDF Version 2

When there are multiple visits for a particular patient problem, you can Compare all of the marquee images to check on the patient’s progress or worsening of a condition over time.

To collaborate again if/when the patient returns, click Add Visit. You can add new media and new text to a new visit using the original demographics.

Page 21: Online Help Guide PDF Version 2

Incoming Network Requests are from providers who have invited you to collaborate with them.Pending Network Requests include the medical colleague(s) you wish to add to your personal Network (outside of your organization).

You can collaborate with anyone from your networks, by computer, iPhone, iPod, or iPad.

Page 23: Online Help Guide PDF Version 2

Coverage includes both responsibilities and privileges. On Call for You shows the dates when another provider is responsible to answer your consultations.Their responses go into the Everything Else part of your List.

Page 24: Online Help Guide PDF Version 2

responsible and alerted

When a provider is actively On Call for You, the request for your collaboration appears as an Incoming Consult to that colleague in your coverage group.

That chosen colleague will receive an alert notification either through his email or on the iPhone/iPad. You can set the timing of these notifications (the on-call dates).

Page 25: Online Help Guide PDF Version 2

The green check shows who is next available to be On Call (responsible to answer the consultation request).

People in Your CoverageGroups or in your department coverage have the privilege of SEEING your patient’s visits and can make comments. Here, only departmental coverage is selected for display.

Page 26: Online Help Guide PDF Version 2

responsible:

not responsible:

People who have the privilege of seeing a patient visit may or may not have On Call responsibilities. Unless a colleague is On Call, he/she is not technically responsible to respond to a collaboration. If On Call, the consult comes in as an Incoming Consult.

Page 27: Online Help Guide PDF Version 2

You have the privilege to see your colleague’s patient’s visits. This is helpful because you may be seeing that patient personally upon occasion and might need the information. If there is a green checkmark here (You See Their Visits), a colleague has designated you to see his/her visits AND potentially be On Call.
