9 You can also Post a
comment or response. All of your patient presentation/questions, as well as responses will appear in reverse chronological order in this Visit view. The oldest entry is at the bottom, and you may have to scroll.
After the consultant is selected from the list, an ALERT NOTIFICATION is automatically sent to his/her iPhone or email making him/her aware of the consult. To shorten the list of collaborators to choose from, click Favorites and only your Network
This List view is one
of 3 ways to look at
your Consultations;
also there’s an Archive
and a Visit view. The
List view is organized
as if it were a FILE
CABINET.
The control tools are a “drawer” in the file. The tabs below differentiate large “files” of information. The gray bars group similar consults with the actions needed.Note the stars above.
The List view is one of 3 ways to look at your Consults. There is also an Archive and a Visit view. The gray bars group 3 types of consults: -Incoming Consults are opinions being sought -Consults Pending are opinions you are waiting for. -Everything Else The most recent is at the top.
As highlighted, you can: - Add or Select another Patient. - Show only Favorites to make the list more manageable. - Search.
If the consult is really finished, you can click on Move to move the visit down to Everything Else.
Add Patient and complete the information in the pop up boxes. (This is not the same as adding another visit for a known patient.) You can see more details about a patient visit by clicking: -Words in the List -Pictures in the Archive
The Archive is a grid of “marquee” pictures which permit a visual review. Click on a picture or video to see the details of that visit as you are taken to the Visit view. In the Archive view, you can find a patient without “knowing” the name!
The Visit view is the center stage of iClickCare. The numbered circles highlight the TOP, LEFT, RIGHT and BOTTOM. These 4 areas include: 1. Banner, toolbar, and demographics 2. Collab control panel3. Media area including PDFs4. Presentation and discussion area.

This invite enables a two-way communication between the invitee and the medical provider for a particular visit. The invitee can then add a picture, add a comment, and view subsequent responses.
A patient or family member may request an Invite Patient. After the secret password has been shared by phone or in person, the patient receives a link by email.
When there are multiple visits for a particular patient problem, you can Compare all of the marquee images to check on the patient’s progress or worsening of a condition over time.
To collaborate again if/when the patient returns, click Add Visit. You can add new media and new text to a new visit using the original demographics.
Incoming Network Requests are from providers who have invited you to collaborate with them.Pending Network Requests include the medical colleague(s) you wish to add to your personal Network (outside of your organization).
Click Add to Network to either FIND an iClickCare user or INVITE a new provider to join your network of collaborators.
An Email Network Invitation will be sent.
elsewhere.org When your Requests are Confirmed, you will have started or expanded Your (personal) Network. Organization Networks can only be set up by assigned organization administrators. Show only favorites to make the list more manageable.
You can collaborate with anyone from your networks, by computer, iPhone, iPod, or iPad.
Coverage includes both responsibilities and privileges. On Call for You shows the dates when another provider is responsible to answer your consultations.Their responses go into the Everything Else part of your List.
responsible and alerted
When a provider is actively On Call for You, the request for your collaboration appears as an Incoming Consult to that colleague in your coverage group.
That chosen colleague will receive an alert notification either through his email or on the iPhone/iPad. You can set the timing of these notifications (the on-call dates).
The green check shows who is next available to be On Call (responsible to answer the consultation request).
People in Your CoverageGroups or in your department coverage have the privilege of SEEING your patient’s visits and can make comments. Here, only departmental coverage is selected for display.
responsible:
not responsible:
People who have the privilege of seeing a patient visit may or may not have On Call responsibilities. Unless a colleague is On Call, he/she is not technically responsible to respond to a collaboration. If On Call, the consult comes in as an Incoming Consult.
You have the privilege to see your colleague’s patient’s visits. This is helpful because you may be seeing that patient personally upon occasion and might need the information. If there is a green checkmark here (You See Their Visits), a colleague has designated you to see his/her visits AND potentially be On Call.
Your Settings Profileshould include your photo...important for security and communication. Please add a smallpassport style photo(jpg or png), at least 120 pixels square.Your photo will not bein color – since color issaved for the patient. If you want to replaceyour existing photo withanother, Clear.
Be sure to choose theTimezone you’d like touse from the list.Otherwise, the timezonewill be set to thedefault - EasternDaylight Time (EDT).
Your Account is kept current throughout your signup as an: Enterprise, Personal, or Basic. OR on the initial Trial.
