Most online training issues can be resolved via Precyse support at [email protected]. Turn around on issues is typically
ICD-10 Training Required Courses• To prepare for ICD-10, the Medical Executive Committees at WakeMed have determined that all providers must complete the following online training
courses using the Precyse University online portal.
• Training must be completed by 10/1/15 or loss of privilege will result. • Modules can be completed individually over the course of several months. They do NOT have to all be completed at the same time.• Note: The training is set up with various tracks that contain many modules – you do NOT have to take all modules. See the checklist below for the list

Login Information sent via-email• Look for a welcome e-mail from Precyse University.
It will contain your username and temporary password. It will be sent by Friday, June 5.

Login Instructions• Go to www.precyseuniversity.com• Click the "Log In" button in the upper-right corner.
• Enter your Username: It has been set as your e-mail address.• Enter your password from the welcome e-mail from Precyse. • Click "Login" to complete the login process.
Start Training• At home profile screen, click on Precyse University in the upper left
corner to return to the home listing of courses.
Home Screen• All training tracks for which you are enrolled appear on the left hand of
your screen under My Tracks.

Begin Training• Click on a track to begin.
• NOTE – Providers do not need to take all of the modules under each track, only the two intro courses and thenthose relevant to your specialty are required.
Course Launch• Each course includes an overview summary. Scroll down to launch
the course:
• Make sure to choose “Normal” and then click Enter to start the course.
Course Navigation• A player will launch from which you can click through the slides using
the buttons on the bottom right. If they aren’t on your screen, scrolldown to be sure you see them.
Course Completion• You will get a course completion
message upon finishing the course.You MUST complete the course orthe quiz will not be open to you.Click the X in the top right of thescreen to close the player.
Quiz• Scroll down the main training screen to find the Quiz and click to
launch.

Start & Complete Quiz (required for course credit)• The quiz start page will show the minimum score required or other
relevant information. Click “Attempt quiz now” to start.
Quiz Scoring• To submit your responses
and have quiz scored, click“submit and finish” fromsummary and thenvalidate submission in thepop-up box.
Quiz Summary• Scoring and summary info is then posted.
Complete Quiz• Scroll to the bottom of the
review page and click “finishreview” to complete.
Return to Main Course Menu• To return to the main menu for the course and get CEU credit, click
the course name on the left.

Complete Evaluation for CEU Credit• Scroll down the main training screen to find the course survey
for CEU credit.
• Click to answer questions.
• After completing survey, click to submit questionnaire.
Print Certificate for Course• “Thanks for completing Questionnaire” message appears. To print
course certificate, return to main course menu. If no certificate isneeded, begin your next training.
• Scroll down to section for printing certificate (if available). Not allcourse have certificates.
• Click to generate certificate.

Print/Save Certificate• A new pop up box will appear from which you can print/save your
certificate.
• After printing or saving, close the box using the red X on the top right.
Start Next Course Training• Click on Precyse University in upper left corner to return to home
listing of courses.
Home Screen• All tracks for which you are enrolled appear on the left hand of your
screen under My Tracks.
Begin next training• Click on a track to begin.
Continue in the track until allrequired modules within thattrack are completed. Afterthose are done, begin thenext track.
• Select and complete the next course in your training. • Refer to page 3 for course launch.

Training Completion Status• Completed courses can be seen by clicking on My Grades from the
main Home Screen.
Training Completion• Note: All trainings under each assigned Track will be shown in the
login and the summary My Grades page. For training compliance,review of only the required courses will be tracked. (Training outsideyour specialty or the additional overview courses is NOT required, butwill appear on the summary. We are unable to update this on thewebsite, but our records for training and compliance will only befocused on the requirements found on checklist on page 1).
Logout• Upon completion of a session, make sure to logout by clicking Logout
on the top right.
