• Step 1 – Go to www.pacificcross.com.ph
Go to the resources tab. Then go to Payment Gateway.
– Choose what product you want to pay for.
– For guide, you may choose FAQs or Walk-through to aid you on how to use the payment gateway.

• Step 2 – Fill-out the form. Ensure that ALL
fields are correctly accomplished.
– Acceptable reference number are the ff:
Medical Insurance
• Policy No.
• Agent’s Code
• Debit Note No.
• Billing Statement No.
Travel Insurance
• OCC No.
• Policy No.
• Debit Note No.
– Input Premium Amount. You can choose the currency which you want to use for payment.
– Click “Pay.”

• Step 3 – Choose the payment
channel from among the options.
– A pop-up windows will notify you of the user agreement. Tick the box and click “ok.”

• Step 3A LOCAL DEBIT CARD
– Choose your bank of account and click continue.

– Click “Pay Now”

– This option is limited only to G-Cash users
– Enter your G-Cash number and click “Pay Now”

• Step 4 Transaction Status
– You will be notified regarding the attempt of your payment. It will state if transaction succeeded, failed, or still pending.
– You may print or screen capture this form for validation with your Account Executive
