Log on your Learner Portal account.

Go to “My Resource” tab and then click “Enrolment” under “Community College”. Click “On-line payment” button on your right hand side and you will then be navigated to SCORE.

To login, enter your Student ID number and password , and then click Login button.

After accessing SCORE, you will be directed to the Main Menu page. Please select “Self Service” .

Select “Student Center” under the Self Service page.

Read the declaration carefully and click “I agree to the above and would like to proceed to the Online Enrolment System” tocontinue.

You can view the “Account Summary” under Finances section on the Student Center page. Then click “make a payment”.

View the payment item and payment amount. If the information is correct, click “NEXT” .If there is discrepancy in the payment information, please contact the College Office at 3762 2000.

Select your payment method, i.e. PPS or credit card, then click “NEXT” .2

Click “CONTINUE TO MAKE PAYMENT” after you have read the message. You will then be diverted to the Payment Gateway.

4Enter PPS account informationIf you choose to pay by PPS, enter your PPS Account Number and PPS Internet Password and click the “Submit” button.4

Enter credit card account informationIf you choose to pay by credit card, enter your credit card account number, expiry date and the 3-digit card verification number and click “Proceed” .1

A pop-up window will be shown. If the information is correct, you may proceed with the transaction by clicking “OK”. If the information is incorrect, you may click “Cancel” and then re-enter your credit card information.

Check Transaction ResultIf the transaction is processed successfully, the transaction status will be shown as Approved . An email notification will be sent to your Learner Portal email account. If you need an official receipt, please go to the Enrolment Centre and present your Student ID Card for verification.

Please go through “Student Centre” under “Self Service” and view the “Account Summary” under Finances section. No outstanding charge will be shown after you have settled the payment.

Point to note

If you have question about the above steps, please contact the College Office at 3762 2000.

If the transaction is processed successfully, no outstanding charge will be shown on your “Account Summary” under Finances section in Student Center page (in Step 4).

If the browser is closed accidentally before clicking “Proceed” (in Step 8b) or system is suspended during transaction, please login the system again after 30 minutes.

Otherwise, please click “make a payment” to proceed payment (i.e. Please follow Steps 4-8 of this user guide).

If you see the button “PAYMENT IN PROGRESS” after you click “NEXT” in Step 6, please login the system again after 30 minutes. The button should be changed to “CONTINUE TO MAKE PAYMENT” by then.
